Josh seemed surprised but didn't question it. His fingers curled through the blonde locks as the kiss deepened. Josh growled a bit when he heard Chris' phone ring. Chris, unfortunately broke the kiss and reached over to the table to grab his phone

"It's Ash.." Chris frowned.

Josh frowned as well, feeling slightly jealous and a bit guilty, not knowing if they were officially over or not.

Chris answered the call. "Yeah?"

"Thank god, you didn't go!" Ashley said happily.

"I did go, thank you very much."

"Oh! Well, I'm glad you-"

"I found Josh, like you said I wouldn't. And what happened to not being here for me when I got back, huh?" Chris spoke in a harsh tone.

"I-I didn't mean it like that.." Ashley's voice cracked a bit.

"Really? You hung up on me without giving me a chance to speak!"

"You didn't call back..."

"Why would I? So I could get hung up on again? "

"Give me the phone, Chris." Josh said, houlding out his hand.

Chris didnt hesitate to give Josh the phone, he was angered by Ashley.

"Hey, Ash." Josh said, hokding the phone to his ear.

"J-Josh?! He really did find you!" Ashley said, happily but still with a saddened tone.

"Did you really want him to not come find me?"

"It was too dangerous." Ashley said, weakly.

"You could have tried stopping him in a better way than saying you wouldn't be here for him. "

"You don't even know the entire conversation. "

"And? It sounded like you were being quite a heart breaker towards Chris. Now, let me tell you this. Chris is mine now. You lost your chance by being a bitch to him. Come near him or even say his name, I will find you. Trust me, I have quite an appetite. " Josh spoke with a low growl, hanging up the phone.

Chris stood there, staring at Josh, tensing up a bit. "That...was a bit harsh, bro."

"Did she let up on you when you needed her?" Josh questioned.

"No...I guess not."Chris mumbled, rubbing the back of his head.

Josh handed the phone back to the blonde, which Chris took and put back on the table.

"Wait...did you mean it when you said I was yours?" Chris questioned.

"Only if you wish to be. We can be in the Brone Zone, if you get what I mean." Josh chuckled, playfully elbowing Chris.

Chris tried not laughing. "Even when I'm mad, you still find a way to make me laugh with your dorky self."

"I'm not the only dork here, cochise." Josh teased.

"Your reflection doesnt count, "cochise"." Chris mocked.

Josh rolled his eyes and playfully yet gently pushed Chris. As soon as he put his hand back down to his side, he felt a sudden warmth on his hand. He looked down, noticing Chris was holding his hand.

"I would love to be with you, even if you are a bit different. It won't make me see you any different. " Chris spoke warmly.

Josh blushed softly and looked at the ground, smiling as they intertwined their fingers. "I..I'm glad. I liked you ever since the first time we had a sleep over. You were wearing your dorky Deadpool pajamas and you had those cute little braces. "

"Don't forget the chub." Chris added.

"Oh, the chub! That made you incredibly adorable! You still have a little bit of the chub?" Josh gently squished Chris' stomach with his free hand.

Chris blushed softly and allowed Josh to have his child-like moment. He chuckled and smiled, watching how childish Josh was acting, Josh let go of Chris' hand amd began to play with the chub with both hands, laughing. Chris squirmed a bit and laughed, it tickled him but that didn't stop Josh from continuing.
