Months had passed since Josh had first been rescued. Within these months, Josh has been trying to learn self control. So far he hasn't harmed anyone. He mainly isolates himself to keep from harming anyone he cares about. Sometimes he locks himself in the bathroom and bathes in cold water, hoping to freeze his demons.

One day, a knock could be heard from the apartment door. Josh was in no condition to be social so he decided to ignore it and sink more into the freezing water. The front door squeaked open and Josh could hear a familiar feminine voice.

"Chris?" Ashley asked. "Are you home? I...I came back to apologize in person. I know it's been a few months but...I was wondering if you could give me a second chance."

Chris isn't home...this isn't good. Josh heard every word. She damn well knew Chris had already been claimed by someone. Josh's anger grew. 'Calm down!' He thought to himself. 'She's a friend. Chris won't forgive you if you hurt her.'

It was too late. Josh had already stepped out of the tub, his skin turning to a sick grey color. His teeth began to sharpen as his bones cracked to take Josh's past form. 'Stop it!' Josh dashed out of the bathroom and tackled the screaming Ashley to the ground.

"I wont let you have him, bitch." He growled as saliva dripped down from his chin on her face. His eyes hazed over with milky white lids and death. He allowed her one last scream as he reached down and ripped out her neck with his teeth.  Grabbing her severed head, he pressed his thumbs into her eye sockets and ripped her head in half so she wouldn't be able to come back.

"Ashley! Oh my God!" Josh looked up to see Emily staring at this monstrosity Josh has became.

With no hesitation, Josh lunged forward,  tackling the scared female. Taking both sides of her head with both of his large, clawed hands, he slowly increased the pressure until her head was smashed. Josh let out a howl that pierced the ears to anyone whom was near.

There was a rather large mess of blood. There was no way he could clean it all up before Chris had gotten home. Josh slowly calmed down and he had realised what he had done. Panicking, the male ran out of the apartment and ran as fast and far as he could, leaving an unfortunate blood trail.

Hours later, Chris arrived at the bloodied apartment. "N-no....J-josh...no!" Noticing the blood trail he knew it was Josh's. Knowing what he had to do, Chris grabbed a gun that was hidden under his bed and began to follow the trail on his bike.

Chris grew tired but he didn't stop, not until he found Josh. Chris followed the trail to a rather woodsy area and the trail had stopped. Bloody hand prints we're placed conveniently on different near by trees. Getting off his bike, he followed the new trail.

"Josh!" Chris yelled. "Josh! Where are you?!" Nothing.

The blonde searched for what seemed like hours. Yet found nothing. "Josh!" He gave one last yell.

"Go away.." he heard a growl coming from a bush near by.

"No...not until you tell me what happened."

"Go away!"

Chris reached behind him and slowly pulled out the gun. The human and wendigo hybrid jumped out of the bushes towards Chris. Chris fired a bullet at Josh but missed. He then began to run. Though he was fast on his feet, Josh was faster.

Josh sliced at Chris's ankles, making the male fall. Blood ease out of Chris's ankles as he tried to crawl away. Josh stomped on the wrist which held the gun, breaking the bones. Chris yelled out in pain as the monster hovered over Chris.

"Josh please! I love you! Don't do this! Plea-" silence.

Josh, with one swift movement, ripped off the blonde's head. As he held the head in his hands, Josh fell to his knees into the bloody puul of his lover's blood. He let out a horrific cry of sadness as he held the head to his chest. Josh reached into the pocket of the deceased and found a lighter. Flicking the lighter until a flame formed, he let the flame dance onto the floor of the woods.

Josh watched as the fire grew bigger and bigger. He took the weapon out of the pale hand and held the barrel of the gun to his chin. He pulled the trigger. The shot echoed through the woods as nature cried in sorrow as their home slowly burned. Josh's body landed over Chris's.  Their bodies soon engulfed in flame.
