Chapter 18
Olivia's POV
I spent my walk home with tears in my eyes. I couldn't help but cry. I just broke up with Jack, I loved him I really did but, I don't think he loved me back.

Did he?

A lot was on my mind. I was deep in my thought when it was interrupted by a familiar voice calling out my name.

"Olivia" I turned around and saw Sam...

"Sam?" I said with a questioned look on my face

"Umm yeah. So what brings you here" he said

"My house is right there dumb ass" I said gesturing towards my house

"Ohh..yeah" he said rubbing the back of his neck as he flushed in
embarrassment

We kinda just stood there in silence until I broke the silence.

"So..umm I gotta go" I said turning my heels to walk to my house

"Oh okay bye Olivia, I'll see you at school" he said waving and walking

I walked in, Hayes and Nash were both sitting on the couch watching tv. I tried to go upstairs without them noticing, but I failed.

I long slow strides until I stepped on one of sky's toys, I winced out in pain while holding my left foot and jumping on the other.

Right away Hayes and Nash directed their attention to me. I shot them a smile. They looked at me and began to burst out into laughter.

"Umm. Dying lady over here" I said pointing to me

They stopped laughing but still continued to chuckle. Both got up from the couch and came to help me.

Hayes picked me up bridal style as Nash went to go get ice. Hayes set me down on my bed.

Nash came through the door and put the ice onto my foot. I told them they could leave, they were just sitting there joking about it anyways. They got up and left.

It was only 4 and I was already tired. I began to dose off and that's when darkness took over.

I woke up and checked the time, 2:30 am. Shit.

I could practically hear my stomach growling. With that I got up and went down stairs to the kitchen. On the counter was lasagna, my favourite. It was wrapped up with a sticky note attached that read

"For when you get up in the middle of the night hungry ~Hayes"
I smiled at it, Hayes knew me too well.

I took off the wrap and put it in the microwave and waited for it to finish. Once it did obviously I ate it.

Jacks POV 
*back to when Olivia left him at school*

She left me there, heartbroken. Tears formed on my eyes as I began to sob. I can't believe what just happened, I just lost her.

I love her, I truly do.

Why do I have to be such a screw up. I can't do anything right.
I've screwed up so many times now, over and over again.

Why, why did I have to meet Katie? Why did I have to meet Clare?

Why did I fall for Olivia?

I can't let her go this easy, I can't.

I was gonna go back to Hayes house to see her. I need to.

Olivia's POV
Finally Saturday! I woke up by the sunshine coming through the blinds shining in my face. I rolled out of bed and checked the time, 2:34.

Actually not that bad for me. I went to the bathroom to take my shower. I stripped out of my pjs and started the shower up.

Once I was done I put on my makeup. A little of mascara and a classic winged liner look. I went to my closet to pick out my outfit I decided on my black crop top, ripped jeans, a blue and black flannel and some black boots.

I checked the outfit in my full body mirror and I looked pretty good for what I usually look like. Most of the time I look like a hobo from across the street but I looked straight out of a magazine today. 

I grabbed my phone and left my room. Hayes and Nash's parents went to work and Hayes and Nash went out to do something I guess.

I texted my friends Sophia, Janelle and Isabella to see if they wanted to go meet up.
Group chat
O- hey you guys wanna go to Starbucks or something?
S- yeah sure
J- k
I- well since everyone else is I guess so
O-  lol k meet up u guys there
I locked my phone. Right before I was gonna go I heard a knock on the door.
I wasn't expecting anyone so I approached the door with caution. I open the door slightly and looked through the the small crack I've created only to see..
Jack.
Why he was here I will never know, do I wanna talk to him, maybe.
I opened the door all the way as I let out a bid sigh.
"Jack I gotta go" I said

"Please Liv I just wanna talk" he said shakily

"Later" I said flatly

"Liv, I wanna work it out, please, I love you." He said looking at me straight in the eyes.

When those words left his mouth it felt as if all the broke pieces of my heart had been put back together. That the whole in my heart was filled.

I didn't know what to respond, but I knew I loved him back.

"I love you too Jack" I said wrapping my arms around my neck as he slowly wraps his arms around my waist.

My life felt complete and it only does when I'm with him.
