Chapter Eighteen - A Day of Relaxation.

It was dusk by the time Yang had joined Ruby and Weiss.

"So this is the place?" the blonde asked, looking up at the run down building.

"Yes, but for now, we have no idea on how to approach the four inside, so we'll have to withdraw for tonight and come back tomorrow morning" said Weiss, turning to leave with Ruby right beside her.

Yang gritted her teeth in frustration, but did as the shorter girl said, and followed them.

Jet followed Roman and Amy out of his room, Neo right behind him. He now wore a pair of jeans and a black T-shirt. He received a slap from Amy, surprising him.

"That was for pulling a dumb move like fighting while injured" she snapped "if we had got you here any later your life would have been endangered!"

"I'm sorry" was all he said.

"Cut him some slack" Roman said, putting an arm around Jet's shoulders and looking Amy in the eyes "he was worried about Neo and myself, we might not have made it without his intervention."

Neo put her arms around Jet's waist and also stared down the silver haired faunus. Amy looked between the three of them.

"I suppose I can forgive your recklessness considering everything turned out alright" she sighed.

"Alright" said Roman, releasing the teen and flopping onto the couch "Monday we return to a world of worry, but for the weekend, we rest"

Jet and Amethyst sat on either side of the orange haired man. Neo stood staring at the three on the couch. Jet now noticed, in the years since they had been here, they had all grown quite a bit, save Neo, and could no longer all fit on the couch together.

"I'll take the floor" Jet said "Neo you can-hey!"

Neo didn't wait for Jet to get up, instead she laid her legs across Roman and Amy's laps and nestled herself against Jet.

"Get a room you two" joked Amy.

"I had nothing to do with this" Jet said, resting his arm around Neo, while allowing the other to rest on the back of the couch "but I'm not complaining either."

"How about a movie?" Roman suggested.

"Sure" Amy agreed.

"So help me if you put 'A Clockwork Orange' on again I'll smack you upside the head" Jet told him.

"What would you prefer to watch then?" Roman countered.

"I was always a fan of 'Eragon'" Jet suggested.

"That's a no" Amy interjected "they pretty much threw the source material out the window while writing the script for that movie."

"Why not something more classic?" Neo asked, earning a worried glance from her boyfriend.

"How about a classic horror then?" asked Roman, receiving nods from everyone.

The orange haired man put on "The Exorcist", inheriting a "really" from Jet.

"What?" he asked the purple haired teen.

"Do you only know the same five movies?" Jet asked.

"What do you mean?" Roman chuckled.

"You always put on the same five movies every time it's your turn to pick, you always have" said the teen "'A Clockwork Orange', 'The Exorcist', 'Fight Club', 'Natural Born Killers', and 'Pulp Fiction'."
