Mukuro and Chrome stood side by side, not letting their guard down. So far, so good. Nobody infiltrated at their route and for these past few minutes, they just listened at the mess at the other's route (the other Guardians).

"Kufufufu~ Can't they fight without this noise?" he mumbled to himself, aware of the fact that Chrome pretty much heard him.

"A-ah ano, Mukuro-sama, t-they can't f-fight without m-making any noise, c-considering the fact t-that they are already loud at their u-usual self." She explained in a low voice.

The latter smiled at her knowingly as she looked down on her feet.

After a few crashes and bangs here and there, he noticed something strange happening at the gate that they are apparently told to guard.

Without further ado, he started walking towards it, careful to not let his guard down. Suddenly, the gate was destroyed completely, and enemies started to flow out from it.

"Damn it! Where did their forces came from?!" Mukuro shouted in panic.

The enemies took down the front gate completely, making it harder for the two to stop the enemies from coming.

Mukuro, finally really annoyed, made a new dimension between the enemies and them, making the enemies stop from advancing. The other dimension has a color red surrounding it with a dark abyss in the middle of it. Suddenly, different screams came from the abyss, as if inviting the enemies to join them in their lonely world. The screams got louder and they noticed that it's a scream of pain and agony.

"Kufufufu~ I dare you to cross this and you shall see the hell that I came from! ~" He exclaimed while he stared at the people on the other side, as if observing them.

"Tch. Hey! Fight us fair and square will 'ya?!" A man with the enemies shouted to them.

"You're the one to talk. You came here with many allies, and you're saying fair? You insane or something?" Mukuro replied with an irritated frown.

"P-please calm down, M-Mukuro-sama." Chrome said as she placed a hand on Mukuro's shoulder.

The two sides are now glaring t each other.

"Damn it, nothing will happen if we would stay like this." Mukuro whispered as he flew to the other side and started to play with the enemies' minds. From time to time, he would possess someone and play tricks at their mind at the same time, making them insane. 

Chrome just watched Mukuro, knowing that he can handle the bunch by himself. She decided that she will guard their side, aware if anyone cross the abyss or fly just like Mukuro did. After all, this is mafia family we're talking about. They can at least have that kind of technology with them.

She looked at the door again and sighed. The fight between Mukuro and his opponents are on his favor, so Chrome can just watch their fight forever. However, she need no close and fix the door, in order to stop the enemies from calling reinforcements.

She then disappeared and reappeared in front of the damaged gate. She closed her eyes, feeling the usual tug of power on her gut and opened her eyes. She spread her arms, doing some kind of swings with her trident and a the metal door started to go back to normal. She felt a littler strained, but she still pushed herself. Seconds later, the door closed and was already fixed as she slumped at the ground and gasp heavily. She's out of stamina and energy, already. She glanced at the still on going fight between them as she closed her eyes momentarily. And then, she finally fainted, hearing Mukuro shout her name.

Mukuro cursed as he saw his beloved Chrome faint. He looked at his enemies and counted that there are only a few of them left. The defeated ones are already out or fainted, while the unfortunate ones are now screaming in insanity.

'I have to finish this soon. I have to carry and tend Chrome.' he thought as he saw an opening at his attacker and quickly finished him off.

He took a deep breath as he looked at the remaining troops. Some of them still stood firm, with a determined and stern faces while the others looked like their gonna piss themselves any time soon. The abyss that he created a little while ago is still there, wide open as the enemies tried their best to not get close to it.

So far, none of them have been sucked to it. Which in Mukuro's side is relieving. Sure, he wants to torture them more, but his power will be drained out of him if that happens.

"Come, I will show you just how foolish and suicidal you are, thinking that you can defeat us." Mukuro announced out loud, materializing his trident as his right eye changed its number again.

"See you in hell." Was his last words as he took them out, all at once, not leaving a single of them sane.

He looked at their screaming faces without any emotions and said, "That's the path the you chose. You should be ready for your consequences." as he turned and carried Chrome, bridal style.

"And you," he mumbled to himself and caressed Chrome's delicate cheeks. "-Don't leave me alone, okay?" he said as he kissed her soft hair and started walking out of the scene.
