Chapter Eighteen | Conversation

If you were hurting someone, and knew that you were doing it.

If you were being unfair, and knew that you were being so.

If you were being the reason of someones sadness, and continued to be the reason anyway.

If you do it all. If you be unfair to someone, hurt them and make them sad even when it's not their fault, what would you expect the response to be?

For her, the response she was expecting was maybe him screaming at her when he would see her the next time. Or maybe just simply never talking to her again. Because they both knew what she did was wrong.

There were countless reactions to it, but the one that did not cross her mind was the reaction she was given.

After she said everything to Aaron and returned home she cried her eyes out. Obviously not coming out of her room at all, not that anyone cared of course.

Two days passed with nothing, her staying in her room. She didn't even go to the job because of the fear of having to face Aaron.

Waking up the third day, her head hurting for some reason she heard a car honking again and again continuously. Who could it be? She thought as she proceeded towards the window of her room.

She pulled the curtains to the side to see a red car right outside her gate, and there was Aaron sitting in it as he continued honking.

She had to ignore him, that was the plan. So she decided with shutting the window again and sit on her bed with music to ignore the sounds coming from out.

Another day passed, and the evening of the next day came. At that time she again forced herself to move to the window just to find him still there though she noticed that he was now sleeping in the driving seat of the car.

She expected him to go away. To ignore him until he did so. He couldn't stay here forever right? But she knew that something had to be done when a whole week passed and he still didn't go from the place. He just went to the market nearby to get food and water, his hairs and face a mess but he didn't seem to worry about that.

It was time for another hurting conversation.
