"You're not going to get away with this." I spat at Jeremy.
"Aaron, please!"
Pleading, I could see a momentary look of regret in Aaron's deep brown eyes. Second's later it done and replaced with a shrug as he boringly examined his hands.
Are they bipolar or something? Jeez.
" He'll be here shortly." Jeremy amusingly shot at Aaron.
Aaron nodded approvingly back.
"Why are you doing this?" I found myself whispering, lips closing in a straight line when I realized what my question was.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to know the answer.
"Years ago, Aiden's mother died in a fatal car accident. She didn't have her security guards with her so she was malled by fans. She fought through the crowd, and as she was about to drive away, a man jumped in front of her car causing her to swerve into a ditch. At that time, it was pouring rain as grounds were flooding. The ditch was flooded too. She drowned, long story short.
We all thought it was an accident, the car crash, but as it turns out it was planned. Technically, it was a horrible attempt at a murder.
My mother soon met his father a year or so later. I was 5 and Aiden was 2. Little did I know, my mom and his dad didn't just meet randomly. They have been seeing each other secretly for years before then. I always wanted to meet my dad, and so there I was. Living with Aiden, my mom and our father."
I was lost. What did he mean by 'our'? It couldn't possibly mean that -
"Yes. Turns out we share the same dad." Jeremy said, as if reading my thoughts.
He continued on moment's later;
"Growing up, Aiden has always been the better looking one. We fought over girls, grades, attention. All of those, Aiden had won. Soon enough, a young girl, Aiden's age at the time, me being 16 and both of them only being 13, tore us apart. Her name was Chanelle Alexandra Lanstron. Absolutly stunning. Golden locks, hazel eyes. Her laughter was so pure. She led both of us on, neither of us knowing until she was attacked. Raped."
I could see the pain shoot across his face, suddenly causing me to feel guilty for him.
"I loved her. Aiden never did. He used girls. Hell, he still does. Look at you for instance. So beautiful, honest. Perfect. Chanelle told us how she was leading both of us on, bawling like a baby. I walked over to her, about to caress her tears away when she said, "Aiden, i need a shoulder to try on." of course I was hurt. I loved her. She turned to Aiden. "
His mouth turned into a bitter grin,
"I'm taking revenge for the lost words I could never speak. I'm taking you to get back at him. Not only will I kill him for throne, but if he does stand down giving me throne, you will be queen. My queen."
I looked behind Jeremy to find a furious Aiden. Surprisingly, I was the only one who noticed him.
"Why take me? I hate Aiden with all living cells in my body." I shrugged, glaring daggers at Aiden who turned to me with hurtful eyes.
Jeremy didn't noticed me staring at Aiden though,
he thought I was staring at him.
'Oh.' was all he said with a thoughtful expression.
"Are you that jealous of me, broskii?" Aiden did one of his famous grins to a surprised Jeremy, emphasizing 'that'.
