Chapter 11

Lacey looked at me curiously. This plan has to work. "David doesn't know about this right?" I ask slowly making sure she gets the importance Of him not knowing. I want to accept him tonight and I want it to be the best it can be and without the kingdom hating him. I hate having to trick him but I'll do whatever is bet for him. "I don't believe so." She said biting her lip slightly thinking. Awh that's cute. "Okay I need you to Distract David for at least an hour tell him it's my birthday tomorrow. Not a lie it is. make him go out and get me something," I say. I see her considering it but I can tell something didn't fit. "But you guys were suppose to go swimming no way he will ditch that I thought for anther minute. "Tell him that once you figured it out You told me that he needed to do special prince work and That I totally understood without hesitation. I said I'll just watch tv till he's done then we will go swimming. If he wants to." She thinks and nods her head "but why?" I can't tell her the truth. Not yet. "Just do it for me lace. It's important. Make sure he doesn't figure out about the news and I'll figure out the rest ok?" She nodded her head and quickly left the room. Okay step one complete. Step two look like a princess. I wonder to my closet looking over the dresses somehow everything is already my size jeez. I pick out a dark green dress that reaches just above my knees. Its a sweet heart neckline but with tiny straps holding it up. It looks dressy but not to Sarah's approval for sure. Good this isn't for her. I find some nude wedges to match. There was mostly just heels and no wedges I'm going to has to ask someone to fix that. I can't walk in heels but man do I rock wedges. Snap out of it Chloe. Remember the plan. I quickly put my hair up in a high ballerina style bun. I decided to put on a light coat of makeup. Looking in the mirror I realized this is the best I'm going to get.  I sigh and sit looking at myself for a minute thinking is this really what I want? Yes. David is my soul mate weather I like It or not I can't change that. I grab the tiara from yesterday and walk out of the room with confidence. "Glad you listened to me. You still arnt dressed to my liking but it's better then that hideous outfit you had on." I hear Sarah spat in front of me. "I'm glad I'm improving but this isn't for you. Where is the kings office? I need to speak to him." She scrunches her nose but tells me anyway. It's the whole way across the house but I finally make it. I knock on the door. "Come in." I hear a gruff voice ask. Poor man sounds frustrated. I bet he can't wait till David and I take over. Sarah might not be though. She seems to enjoy the power even though she seems to think woman are below men. In every species. I turn the nob and walk in. "King Jason I'm sorry for interrupting but I need to speak to you about something urgent." I say in the most professional voice I could muster. "Please have a seat Chloe. I'm sure it's over what's got me so stressed also." I send him a kind smile. "Yes it is. I have an idea." He looks at me eyes uncertain I mean I would be too I'm just a seventeen year old HUMAN girl How can he expect me to run his kingdom? Save it? Come up with an idea that he couldn't. That his fault though he's underestimating me. "Let's hear it then," he mumbles. "Okay so here's the plan. David doesn't know about the news. He doesn't know at all. He can't find out and we won't tell him till 5:00 tomorrow. You send anyone important and the news channel invitations to a ball tomorrow. Give them your apologies for not introducing me yet. Tomorrow's my birthday. Tell them you were waiting till tomorrow to introduce me because to humans I'm officially an adult and that's important to me and as future queen that's my goal. The reason David can't know. I'm not telling anyone but you. He obviously hasn't finished marking me yet. I know he's hiding the second part from me but I'm not stupid. I know what needs to be done. Tonight I want him to complete it. Not because it's my responsibility but because I love him. If he doesn't by tonight the kingdom wot believe our tale and look into it more. If David knows he will read my mind and realize what I'm up to and he won't believe I want him to compete it but that I am doing so think I need to. Therefore he will refuse. I love him to much to let people think he will be a weak king and let this kingdom fall. Please help me make this right." I say with all the pride, determination, and love I can right where it needs to be. At first he looks shocked them considering. Alright. The ball will be at 7:00 pm tomorrow night. I won't tell David the true reason till 5:00 if so. You better tell him after the marking though that you meant it every word. I will not let you hurt my son Chloe." He said. I was shocked after he said that. Does he really believe I would? I just told him I was going to throw my life away for his son in the matter of hours and he thinks I want to hurt him? "I would never dream of it king." He goes to stand up. "Shouldn't you be with David right now?" I shake my head. "I told Lacey to take him birthday shopping for me. He thinks I'm upstairs watching tv believing that he's doing princey things and not shopping for me." I say. "You came up with this whole plan on your own Chloe?" He asks shocked. "Yes your majesty. Of course I needed the help from you and Lacey but the plan was mine." I say. He nods and smiles. He reaches for me and I thought he was going to shake my hand but he didn't. He enveloped me in a large hug confusing and surprising me. "You will make a fine queen someday Chloe. You are already a great princess. Risking much for the kingdom and for the love you have for my son. I'm sorry my wife doesn't see that. I am glad you are my sons beloved." He finishes. Tears fill my eyes at his speech. No one has ever said anything so kind to me before. Even my parents are blinded by hunting to be proud of me, but right then Jason looked proud of me. "Thank you your majesty." I say curtsying and walking out. Step three complete. Now all I have to do is wash this all off and pretend I never talked to king jason. I run to my room washing off all my makeup and running water through my hair so my natural curls come back. I. Take off my dress and sling it across my dresser. I'll tell David I was just trying on dresses if he questions it. I looked around the room to find nothing of w different bathing suit. I was takin David up on his offer of not going anywhere. After awhile I gave up and wen in search of Lacey's too it wasn't hard she was only a few doors down and it had a collage of pictures of her and this boy who looked strangely like David. After going through her drawers I found a Burgundy bikini that had a top that looked like a bra tags still on.  Dear I hope this girl loves me. I rush back and put it on with a large tee shirt of davids. He won't ever know I was out of this room. I lay on my bed and think. I wonder how long I have till he's back. Hmmm "IM BACK" I hear him scream outside my door. Of course not even a full minute.

I look at the door to see David standing there. He was in boxers matching the Bikini that he doesn't know I'm wearing. Is this boy magic or something?? "See something you like princess," David smiles. I bite my lip looking him up and down hopefully in a way that looked attractive normally I feel like I look like I dying chipmunk doing that. David chuckled damn he must have read my mind. "Don't worry Chloe the only thin about what you just did that I would change is I be the one biting your lip." He says huskily coming closer and closer to me. I try to keep my face calm remembering the plan but blocking him from knowing. "Umm David we have a problem..." I say no fake innocence. His eyes narrow   staring at me. He grunts letting me know I'm meant to continue. "My mom was washing the only one piece I had so I had to wear a bikini," his eyes widen a little and I can see them darken a shade. "Take off the shirt let me see," He says emotionlessly. I do as he says and strip off the big shirt of his. I lied when I said that I normally don't wear bikinis but I had to for the plan. "Do you remember what i said would happen?" He said looking me up and down. Something was calling me to go closer to him to wrap my arms around him and kiss him but I resisted. I wanted him to make the first move. I nodded slowly. He stepped closer to me making me move back till my back hit the wall. On extinct my arms went up behind his head and my legs wrapped around him. He pressed against me harder so I wouldn't fall. I could feel his warm breathe fan my neck and I knew he was controlling himself as much as I was. "Mark me." I manage to say. He pulled back enough to look me in the eyes his were black. He wasn't in control anymore. That's good so he won't stop. "Chloe I don't thin-" I break him off by smashing my lips on his he moves us my back now hitting the bed. He pulls away again. God doesn't this boy realize I really want him and I'm not just pretending? "I love you David." As soon as those words left my mouth a scream followed. The bite started with insane pain but soon I couldn't help the most leaving my mouth in pleasure or the curve of my back to be closer to him. His tongue swirled around my neck leaving my body withering beneath him. Within seconds of him pulling away I could feel this blast of air like a door was opened but I knew what it was. It was my bonding with David getting stronger. Images of him and I in less and less clothing appeared and I knew it wasn't my thoughts even though I was thinking it too. "I know why you did this now Chloe, I know tag your not planning on stopping either and thank you. I love you," David said crashing his lips back onto mine.
