Chapter Twenty

    As soon as I crashed, I was on the floor. The mirror was fine, it didn't break or anything. However, I knew my ankle was twisted.

    "Jayden!" Andy yelled, gaining the attention of the others. Andy ran toward me. I sat up slowly and pressed my hand to my head.

    "I'm good! I'm fine!" I said as Andy kneeled beside me. "There's no blood."

    "Oh, gosh! Are you okay?" Jessie asked as she slid by me and almost hit the mirror. She stopped herself before she could.

    "I'm good, Andy help me up." Andy stood up and grabbed my hands. I stood up and leaned on my right foot, trying to keep the pressure off of the left.

    "Are you sure you're okay? I mean you're not putting any pressure on your foot." Jinxx pointed out.

    "It's just twisted, I must have done something to it."

    "Do we have to go to the hos-"

    "No!" I cut off Ashley. "I have a wrap upstairs in my room. I won't be able to walk for like 12 hours, but that's it."

    "Are you sure? When I twisted my foot, I couldn't walk on it for a week." Jessie said.

    "Yes, it has happened three times before. This sprain is nothing."

    "Okay, if you say so." Andy scooped me up and carried me up the stairs with the boys and Jessie following. He got to my door and asked me to open it. We got in and he set me on the bed.

    "In the top middle drawer is my wrap, can someone grab it?" Jessie walked over to my dresser and searched through the the drawer.

    "Here." She handed it to me. I handed it to Jinxx. Andy slipped off my socks and Jinxx wrapped my foot.

    "Make sure it is nice and tight." He nodded and stretched the material around my ankle then my foot. He kept doing this until he ran out of the material. I handed him the safety pins. He pinned it and stood up. "Movie night?"

    "Again?" Ashley asked.

    "Fine, Jessie and I will have a movie night!"

    "Actually, I need to get home." Jessie said as she pulled her phone out.

    "Oh." I said disappointed.

    "I'm sorry."

    "It's okay, I'll see you later, right?"

    "Of course." She gave me hug.

    "I would walk you out, but I can't." I pointed to my foot.

    "It's okay. I'll text you when I get home."

    "Okay, drive safe, love you!"

    "Love you, too!" She yelled as she walked down the stairs. CC close behind.

    "I think CC has a crush!" Ashley sung.

    "Or he could just be a nice person and walk her to the door." I suggested.

    "Nah, he's got a crush." Andy shook his head.

    "If only you knew." I mumbled under my breath.

    "What was that?" Jake asked.

    "Hmm, wha- oh, nothing." I shook my head. "Well, I need to get ready for bed..." The boys just stood there and looked at me. "Get out." I pointed to the door. They snapped back into reality and started walking to the door. "Wait, Ashley." He stopped and looked at me, confused. "Can you stay?" I asked.
