(Cait POV)
"I have absolutely no doubt, that I want to go home just as much you do." I said to Silver, who was feeling more homesick than ever. As sad as it was, I was reduced to lying to make her feel better.
"I can't adjust to here... I just can't. They all are nice but... I've tried and..." she said but was cut off at the, what she called, gnawing pain in her stomach. She buried her face in her knees.
"I wanna go home." She said quietly.
"For one thing, you need to speak up around them. And another, you just have to accept it. I was pulled from my home, too." She looked at me rubbed her eyes.
"Remember what Cumulo would tell you." I said.
"Lay low and accept, others have it worse." She whispered. I got up ruffled her hair, she was like a sister to me.
"Good night, Trichey." I walked away as she grabbed the book she was reading for the past couple days.
I went to make sure Amber's watering trough was full. I saw Laxus was missing. Maybe Adiva took him out.
I saw Jay's horse, standing 'proud and tall'. Next to Amber, who was asleep. The trough was full. Honestly all of Jay's pets acted like him. He better keep Artie away from Amber. We wouldn't want a marble that some how ended up in Jay's dinner now would we. Sounds like something Fujin would accidentally do. But then again evil doesn't suit me, leave that to my king, his highness Xavier Kell, who kidnapped Silver's queen, her highness queen Tila Tireen.
I was In fact a third generation cousin to him. I can't stand him. I hate it when everyone just assumes that Because I'm supposedly close to him, I have to remain loyal to his orders.
I went to the girls room to sleep.
I woke up to a glorious sunrise that filled the room with the golden autumn sunshine. Unfortunately it was all ruined by,
"Cait! Adrinna! Get up! We gotta go!" Of course, Mister proud and Tall, of all people would ruin a wonderful morning.
I will never understand why young, teenaged boys are so cocky. I'm kind of glad he's out of my hair for a little while. I do not want a random, weird, person running up to Amber. I thought Stargazers were supposed to be known for wisdom, maturity, and maybe humility. I can only imagine the struggle Adiva had to go through.
"Well, now we have to go find where that brat went." Said Jay.
"Do we have to?" Asked Adrinna, with a slight whine.
"I don't want to do it anymore than you do." I replied.
"You all better!" Yelled Adiva, Philoso's older sister.
"If I'm going to walk you're going to have to make it worth my time." Replied Adrinna.
"You can ride Amber." I offered.
"Really!?" She said in surprise.
"If we want to find him, why don't we let Blue out, he knows the way." Said Daelynn. I wondered that, too, common sense, you don't need a Stargazer to think of this.
"We are not letting that wicked bird flap around!" Yelled Jay.
"In a perfect world, you'd let it go. It was three months ago." Yawned Ceridwen.
"That bird hates me, I've tried to feed him and he tried to attack me, several times! And in case you haven't noticed, it's not a perfect world. Your origin has been in war with Draches for years now!" Jay lectured.
"We're wasting time!" Yelled Adiva. Some of us went to the stables, others outside. I got Amber ready for searching. And Amber started walking.
Silver and Daelynn left to hunt for Philoso in the east side of the property. Jay, Adrinna, and I left to search the North end. Adiva ran off pulling Cerdiwen's arm like a mad woman into the south end, with Fujin sprinting after them.
