The FUN in the water

Maddie's POV

On the ride there me and Cole had to ride in the bed of the truck becuase Reed came with us and him, Willie, Jase, Phil, and Si took the seats inside the truck. Me and Cole were cracking up because Reed still hasn't noticed that when he fell asleep we wrote on him. Jase has dropped hints but he still hasn't got the idea. It's actually really funny becuase i mean it's all over his face and he hasn't noticed. I hate to say it but sometimes he isn't smart. It's his fault becuase he is on the phone with his girlfriend. Cole and I got off the subject and somehow we started talking about school. Next thing you know we are asking all kinds of stupid questions from class and started acting like our teachers and mocking them because they are really funny. We lost track of time and then we were there at the lake. We relized we stopped and asked if we ran out of gas. "You guys really weren't paying attention were you?" Jase said in a laughing matter. "We started talking about really funny topics and lost track of time so were sorry." I said with my famous puppy dog eyes. "Well OK but stop with the puppy dog eyes and help us unload the truck." Phil said demanding. "Sir yes Sir." Cole and I said at the same time in military style. everybody started laughing while we unloaded the truck. 

Cole's POV 

While Phil, Willie, Si, and my dad took the boat down Reed, Maddie, and I had some fun and took some mud and threw it at each other. It's very childest but really fun. Maddie got Reed in the face with a huge clump of mud. I called to Maddie and tried to hit her but she moved faster than ever and hit me and got mud in my mouth. "Gross." I said. She has only gotten hit in the back. We had a race down to the dock and of course Reed one. He is the fastest of all of us. Maddie and I get tired and give up. "What have you kids done?" Willie asked us in a disgusting tone. He doesn't like us getting dirty. "They were just having fun. Give them a break Willie."  Phil said. "Kids go wash off in the lake. I don't want dirty kids next to me in the boat." Willie said. Maddie ran in to the water as fast as she could. We all started to laugh and next thing you know Maddie was gone. I started freaking out and so was everybody else. I ran into the water to look for her and next thing I know I under the water being held down. The thing swam over and grabbed me and pulled me up. By now Reed was in and was pulled under the water when I was let to the surface. We didn't know what it was or were Maddie was. I went under to find Reed and got held under again. I grabbed Reed and went to the surface. Maddie pops up beside me laughing her heart out. "What is it?" I asked freaked out. "You guys are whimps. You started freaking out when you went under the water. Nothing is going to kill you." She said still laughing. Me and Reed looked at each other and then ent under the water and we both pulled Maddie's legs. When she want under she didn't freak out she was calm. She knew it was us so all she did was just reach over and pulled me and Reed's hair to get off us.

Maddie's POV

When I slapped the boys they let go and went up to the surface. I cam up a little bit after them but after that we got out of the water. We relized that the guys had drove down the river. We tried to go after them but it was to late. We still had the keys to the truck so we thought we would pull a prank on them. We would drive it down the road, hide it in the woods so no one will take it because I know if I can hotwire a vechical someone else can to. I would do everyones makeup to make us look like we were injured and come back like someone took the truck and they found us in it and threw us out. Our plan was great.
