Simultaneously lifting my arms in an arching motion, and jumping to spread my legs at shoulder length and returning them to my starting position with a clap.
Such a simple exercise that requires so much coordination and rhythm, two things I absolutely lack.
Yes, I can't do frikin' jumping jacks.
