Ch. 2 How to attract a player

Chapter 2

Seth stepped back from my bedroom door in caution. I swung the door open and there was this whooshing sound playing in my head. Seth peaked into my room in amazement. It was clean... I start to remember what things I need to attract a player back to me.

A. Slutty dress.

I went into my walk in closet. Seth stood out of my door and deep shock. I pick out a black mini dress but I’ve never worn it as a dress. I slammed the door at his face and got dressed. It showed my chest a bit and it was short.

B. Straight perfect hair

I brushed my hair and then added the blond extensions. My hair had grew longer threw a year. This wasn’t just any player though... This was Demon. He wouldn’t like me again for who I was. I’ve got to make him think I changed to get him back. I’ll do what I would have never done.

C. Get rid of the cell phone and makes him think I’m cheating on Seth.

I put my cell phone on my desk. Seth knocked on my door. Should I put makeup? Did I own any makeup other than lip gloss, mascara and eyeliner? I never needed it.

“What...?” I ask over the door.

“Can I come in now?” Seth asked.

“Eh... I don’t think you want to,” I make a face and looked myself into the mirror. I didn’t like this image. He stares at me as he was going to jump me. He foolishly smiles at me

“You want to have se-“He started and I caught him off guard. I picked up a pillow and smashed it into his face and he almost had fallen to the ground. Boys...

“Okay, I deserved that,” Seth caught his balance again and threw the pillow back into the bed. He walked up to me and in front of the mirror. He held me from behind and then starts kissing me on my neck. It tickled and I start laughed.

“Stop..!” I exclaimed “Seth I dressed like this to go to New York!” He stopped right away as he heard this wasn’t for him. He rolls his eyes and scowls. He let’s goes off me and then jumps on the bed laying there. I turn and face him and he stares at me with an unhappy face.

“Remember I’m your boyfriend,” He reminded me.

“Of course I will, and Damon’s going to think I’m cheating on you for today. I’ll tell him later that I’m not,” I promised him.

“Cheat...? What...? Lexis, you’re finished with him,” He reminds me.

“I feel like it’s my responsibility to stop him and get my parents back,”

“You’re taking lots of responsibilities, Lexi... You don’t have to handle everything by yourself. I’m here and we can do this together. Me and you,” He smiles sweetly with his loving eyes. A smile surpassed me.

“You know I love you,” he promised. After months passed with Seth I knew I loved him. He felt home. I felt the urge to hug him.

“I have to... I hurt him Damon and I don’t him to ruin his life because I care about him the way I used to care about you,” I honestly told him.

“Yea... You’ve told me like a thousand of time,” He kisses his teeth. Yet, you didn’t and don’t understand. The front door banged. I jumped and then I exited my room and went toward the door.

Its Nathan isn’t it...!? I opened the door and a guy stood in front of me being taller than me. He was about Damon’s hunt. He had a sharp mischievous smile on his face. I just blink and stare at him. It was like the reaction I had when I first met Damon. He was hard to look at because he looked really cute. His hair was a chestnut brown and moved into one side, slightly tanned and his eyes were a shade of blue. He stood in front of me. “Ready to go Lexis?” he asked me. I blinked multiple times staring at him. I shouldn’t be surprised that Damon’s best friend is either cute or hot.
