On the run (Ciel x reader)

Alois and Claude.

I just realized I stopped saying "you" and started saying "I" sorry if that bothered anyone. I'll try to keep saying "you" but I might slip up now and again.

You looked over to Ciel in question. Ciel looked to Sebastian, and Sebastian studied Claude closely. He stared at him as though he were a spider he wanted to rip the legs off of.

You looked to the boy, Alois. He kept a sickening smirk on his face. Ciel put his hand up in front of you slightly, protectively. Sebastian did the same in front of both of you. Alois looked at Claude, rolling his eyes almost. He came closer to the three of you. His blonde hair bounced and his hands were on his hips as Claude remained emotionless. Ciels eyes bored into Alois much like Sebastians eyes when looking at Claude.

Alois was close enough to see your faces well in the dim light of the night. He stood back in surprise. "Are you two the runaways? The ones on the run from the police?" you flinched. This was it. He was going to run to the cops. You were doomed-"Well c'mon! Can't have you getting caught now can we?" you looked up in surprise.
Ciel was caught off guard as well, but held his ground in front of you.

The three of you followed the odd pair of brothers down yet another dark alley. It seemed alleys were a thing that was going to be reoccurring. At least for now. But that's another time.

As you rounded another corner, a firelight appeared. It seemed that four people were sirting around it. Three were almost exactly the same and one was a woman. "Triplets, Hannah, meet..... Uh.." "(Y/n), Ciel, And Sebastian." Claude said. He knew your names from the news, and you knew he didn't like any of you at all.

The woman stood. Her long hair was almost a pale purple. Her clothes were torn and old, but it still resembled a dress. It stopped at her knees, though you we're sure that it wasn't that way originally. Her shoes were old But were still wearable. No socks either. You saw that she wore a bandage over her eye.
Almost in a trance over the possibilities as to why she had the bandage, she spoke. "You're the fugitives?" you nodded. You were getting really tired of this question.

Sebastian answered the question with a curt nod. He stayed in front of you and Ciel. You grabbed Ciels hand without thinking. You also didn't notice his intense blush thereafter. You'd never held his hand before. His head was filled with many worries, but now they were clouded by the feeling of your delicate hand in his. He held on tightly and pulled you a little closer. Not much, just close enough that Your arms were touching.

About a half an hour later, you were all laying down on a free part of the ground. For an alley, it was really clean. The ground was dry and you even had a blanket and pillow.

You of course shared with Ciel. Nothing new to you, but you didn't know that he was suddenly thinking of you a lot more than normal. Thinking of all the times you'd layed your head on his shoulder, or the many Times he'd wrapped and arm around you.

Ciel POV
I layed next to (Y/n) in the dark. She was sleeping peacefully but I wasn't able to clear my mind. Had we really been acting this way the whole time and never noticed? I'm not complaining, but it's mind boggling. She doesn't seem to have any feelings for me...

What am I thinking!?! We have been framed for murder, drug into alleys, hopped a train, and here I am wondering if she likes me? I'm an idiot.
I sat up without disturbing her. I thought I was the only one awake, but it seems that Sebastian was As well. He was across from me. He stared forward until I cleared my throat. His head snapped towards me and he relaxed when he saw it was me.
"Hey blue boy. What ya still doing up?" his voice sounded tired but his face was wide awake. "I can't sleep. To much to think about." He nodded, "And it's all about her, isn't it?" I blushed, glad he couldn't see it.

"What would make you think that?" I said. He laughed quietly, "I can see the love on Both of your faces. She looks up to you as much as you look up to her. Don't stress yourself. It'll all be alright soon enough. Just sleep for now."

And I did.
