Leaving The Maze Forever!!

Thomas's POV

Lunch time arrived, time to be banished with Sophie and Teresa. We were being dragged towards the door, Sophie was pretending to still be asleep, with Newt and Minho close behind. 'Banishing us isn't going to change anything Gally' Teresa argued with Gally raising her voice, 'it isn't a banishing, it's an offering' Gally said smirking.

'What' I shouted while getting pinned against a pole, I was fighting against the force of them pushing me. 'You can't do this Gally' Teresa shouted, getting her hands tied above her head.

'I already am, tie her up' he said pointing towards Sophie's body lying useless on the floor, 'don't just stand there, tie her up' Gally shouted, I could see the concern on Newt's and Minho's faces.

Sophie's POV

'Don't just stand there, tie her up' Gally shouted, I felt arms grab onto mine, then I reacted.

I jumped up shoving an elbow into one of the boys guts causing him to let me go, I grabbed his spear and smacked the other guy in the head with it, in the corner of my eyes I could see that Thomas and the others starting hitting people on Gally's side.

We all pointed out spears and knifes at Gally, 'it's over Gally' Thomas said, Minho had freed Teresa off the pole and she was standing next to Thomas.

Gally looked scared and upset, 'we're leaving Gally we can't stay here any longer' i whispered but loud enough for  everyone to hear, 'you's will die out there' Gally said pointing out into the maze.

'And we will die if we stay here, the grievers will not stop killing until everyone in the glade is dead, and you not that Gally' Thomas said, 'I'd rather die fighting for a way out of here than die knowing that I never tried to leave' I said everyone stared at me, thinking about what I just said.

'Fine go, leave, and if anyone else wants to go with them then go' Gally shouted glancing at Newt, I'd understand why because Newt obeys the rules and never breaks them and he never fights back.

A few people came to our side, wanting to leave the Maze or at least try to leave, we stood in silence waiting to see if Gally will change his mind.

'Good luck out there' Gally said in a caring sweet tone, I've never heard him be this nice before.

Newt's POV

We've been running for ages now but it's still bright out, my leg is aching from all the running, it's hard running with a limp.

Thomas was in the lead next to Minho, we had stopped running now, because Thomas noticed I was in pain, 'you okay' I heard a sweet voice say from beside me, Sophie stood there blank faced staring at me. 'Yeah I'm fine' I said trying to get my breath back, 'I've never noticed your limp before' she continued, I understand how she hasn't seen it because you don't really notice it when I'm walking. I felt soft lips brush against my cheek, 'I really hope your okay' she whispered in my ear.

I didn't say anything, I didn't want to lie to her but then I didn't want to be a pain in the ass moaning about my pain, everyone else will be in pain for the amount of running we've done.

Sophie ran off too catch up with Thomas and Minho, since they all know the way. I could sense the fear coming from Chuck, I don't blame him, I was scared too.

'We'll be okay Chuck' I whispered patting him on his shoulder to get his attention, he smiled 'I hope so'. This is too much for Chuck, he's only about 13 and he's going to have to face grievers if we run into any.
