"OW! NO! LET GO! YOU'RE HURTING ME!" I screamed as loud as I could and struggled violently.
"Just shut up and stop moving so much!" The White Raccoon snapped and tied my wrists behind my back with some rope.
'My wrists are tied up... Now I can't get away!' I thought panicked. 'What should I do...?'
"That really hurts! Let me go!" I screamed again.
"Sorry, no can do!" Peter said in a sing-song voice. "Today's my only chance! Now, let's go! Hurry up and move it!"
'What does he mean, today's his only chance?' I thought worriedly and continued to struggle as he dragged me along none to gently.
"Where are we going?!" I demanded.
"Just shut up!" He yelled and threw me harshly into the backseat of his car.
"Ow!" I yelled smacking my head on something and groaned in pain.
'He won't tell where we're going... What should I do, Asher?!' I thought and started crying.
...
The White Raccoon was now pulling me toward some sort of large building.
"Is this...some kind of laboratory?" I asked looking at the building and around us. "If you sneak into a place like this, you're going to get caught!"
"I've already checked this place out. No problem!" He smirked.
"...That's a surprise. You usually screw up at some point." I deadpanned.
"Stop talking back to me!" He yelled loudly and I quickly looked around hoping no one heard him. "They're changing the network today, so it's the easiest time to break in! Now, let's go!"
"Ow! That's hurts!" I snapped. "I can promise you, you'll regret this! I'm going to pay you back all the pain I'm feeling one hundred times over!"
'Hmph... I don't really understand, but maybe he means that without hacking skill as good as Asher's, he can get in easy tonight?'
"Hey... About the scientists you mentioned before..." I mentioned, thinking I could try to ask him about them again.
"Yeah, they want the data on the dolphins." He said.
"Are they..." I started.
"Cell Group X from the extinct dolphins." He interrupted me, obviously not listening to me. "It's being held here for safekeeping."
'Huh? Cell Group X... That sounds like G-Pa's research!'
"So if I get those cells and the data you guys stole..." He laughed lowly. "I'll be a billionaire!"
'Tch! I didn't even ask him that... This guy sure does love to talk...' I thought sarcastically.
He suddenly stopped and looked me straight in the eyes.
"And I know I need your fingerprints to do it!" Peter said smirking evilly. "You're Kaera Pendragon. The great-granddaughter of Ryuzu Pendragon also known as the American Leonardo da Vinci...aren't you?"
I stared evenly at him and didn't answer. He jerked my arm, pulling me as he started walking again.
'How does he know who I am...? He knows about G-Pa too...' I hissed when he pulled too hard causing the ropes to dig into my skin for the millionth time. 'So if he needs my fingerprints here...then the cells from the dolphins are G-Pa's greatest invention.' I narrowed my eyes thoughtfully. '...But... Cells aren't an invention... Right?"
