I couldn't trust myself to drive the next day. Without Luke by my side last night, there was no way in hell I could sleep. So to drive while running on no sleep was close to impossible.

And that's why I was in the car with Michael and Ashton, on our way to the hospital to see Luke. They kept him over night to look over his vitals. Liz had been there early this morning, but now she was at work, the same with Andrew.

Lola kept saying it was all her fault, for giving the peanut M&M's to Luke without remembering about his allergy. The doctors told them that if it wasn't for me sticking him with the 'epipen', he wouldn't have made it.

"You okay?" Michael turned in his seat to look at me and I nodded, biting onto my finger for a distraction. "Your buns are cute, as always." He complimented, referring to the space buns I wore. I replied with a thank you and then he turned back around to have a conversation with Ashton, realizing that I wasn't up for chit-chatting.

At the hospital, I forced Ashton and Michael to go to the small shop on the first floor so I could buy a 'get well' balloon, also finding a small cute stuffed penguin. I knew it was a bit over the top, I wanted him to know that I was scared and hoping he was alright.

"Hemmings, room 307." Ashton told the woman at the front desk, buzzing the double doors so we could go see him. A small smile started to grow on my face, excited to see the love of my life, even in his condition. Luke had refused to speak to me yesterday, saying how he didn't want me to see him like this. I thought it was stupid.

Upon entering, I could hear the noise of the small television, playing How I Met Your Mother to a snoring blonde haired boy. But, to my dismay, sitting in a chair beside the bed, was Alexandra. My heart dropped at the sight, the penguin falling from my hands.

"What the hell is she doing here?" I turned, Michael holding me by the shoulders as he forced me to face him.

"I didn't know she was here Luna, I promise. But please, Luke is sleeping. Let's just talk to her." He pleaded, his green eyes begging for me to not kill her in this hospital room.

"Fine." I picked up the penguin, walking into the room and standing on the opposite side of the bed, Alexandra's head shooting up to see me, her eyes wide.

"What are you doing here?" Michael questioned her, being sure to keep his voice down so he wouldn't wake up Luke. Ashton sat on the small couch in the room and kept watch, making sure no one tried killing each other.

"I went by his job and his boss told me that he was in the hospital. Didn't take much to get pass the nurses." Alexandra shrugged, fiddling with a ring in her hands. Squinting my eyes, the ring looked oddly familiar.

"That's his! Give it back." I spat, looking at the pinky on his left hand to see it bare. Did she really take his freaking ring while he was out cold? This girl was crazy!

Without warning, Michael snatched it from her, causing Alexandra to stand up and try to get it back, which didn't work out.

"Give it to me! I knew him first! He's mine and I want that ring!" Her voice raised and I could see Luke stirring in his bed, the hospital gown falling off his shoulder.

"I'm getting security." Ashton announced as Michael kept her away from Luke and Luna.

"Baby?" At the sound of his voice, my eyes landed on Luke's face, who's eyes were blood shot and lip still a bit swollen. I quickly out the balloon and penguin on the small table beside the hospital bed, taking his hand in mine and being careful with the IV in his arm.

"Luke," I breathed out, a smile forming on his face.

"You look beautiful." He whispered and I honestly couldn't tell if that was him speaking, or the drugs they were giving him.

"Luke!" Alexandra called out, Ashton coming back with a rather large dark skinned man.

"What is she doing here?" Luke asked, his voice unsteady and eyebrows furrowing in confusion.

"Let's go ma'am." The guard said in a stern voice, grabbing her forearm and practically dragging her out of the room.

"I love you!" Was the last thing we heard as she got pulled down the hall alongside the man, Ashton closing the door behind them and drawing the curtain across the window.

"She was watching you like a freak." Ashton spoke up, taking the seat that Alexandra had put beside the bed.

"That's really weird. How did she even-"

"Let's not worry about that." Michael shook his head, a small chuckle escaping his lips.

"I brought you this," I showed him the balloon and penguin, Luke's face lighting up as he took the penguin from my hands.

"Awe, babe, you didn't have to do this." I shrugged, watching as he patted an empty spot beside him, indicating for me to take a seat. "Where's everyone else?"

"Well your parents are at work." Michael answered for us.

"Yeah, and Chris too. Lola's home with Zoe." Ashton added, turning his head to watch the tv.

"We asked Calum if he wanted to come but he was doing something for his mum. He told us to tell you he hopes you feel better." I finished up, squeezing his rather large hand.

"O my god, Zoe." Luke said, using his free hand to rest it on his forehead. "I probably scared the shit out of her, oh no." He groaned and ran his hand down his face and over his bread, tugging at the small hairs. "Shit."

"It's okay," Michael said, sitting at the end of the bed. "We should all go see you once you're out of here. We'll play in the attic." Mikey smiled, his pink lips splitting to show a white toothed grin.

"I'd like that." Luke smiled back at his best friends and to me. "Thanks for coming, it means a lot." I bent down and kissed his cheek, being careful with his tubes. Ashton spoke again, glancing up from his phone.

"We wouldn't miss it for the world."
