Eve Hallow's POV

"Daddy?" I asked.

Pitch looked over at me and smiled while the guardians came closer to me. I was still in shock from the memories that came to me. I mean, I had a little brother, a mother, and a father! Granted my father is now an enemy of mine but still! I looked back at everyone and sat up. Tooth didn't push me down this time.

"Eve, I see you know the truth." Pitch said while he sat on a black sand horse.

"I do. But what I want to know is why do you want me to come with you?" I asked.

He smirked and held out a small black box. It opened by his black sand and showed a black tiara made of thorns. I sighed and stood up. The otheres seemed unsure but I wanted a closer look. It looked like it was made of black onyx with black diamonds around the top.

"This is your crown my little Princess. I had is made for you just incase you wanted to come home." He explained.

I looked at it a second more before I heard the nightmares whinny. I looked and saw some of the nightmares turn into sand and come after me. I screamed and then felt someone push me away. I fell to the ground and looked over at where I was. Jack, the guy who can annoy the heck out of me, was surrounded by the sand. He looked over at me before the sand blocked our vision.

"Well, this could work out." Pitch smiled.

Everyone held their breath. I continued to look at the sand as it dissapeared and a dark haired, gold eyed Jack stood in it's place. I gasped because personally, I didn't know something like this was possible. The dark Jack smilede my way and I felt the wind turn cold. Jack was gone, a new dark Jack in his place.

"Hello Evelynn Hallows." The dark Jack said.

His voice was like black ice, cold and dangerous. I shuttered and the sound and moved back. I have never thought I would say this but I now fear the cold winter spirit.

"Well, if you guys need us, we will be planning our victory." Pitch smirked as they dissapeared.

It was a little while before I could move. North ended up having to carry me back to the sleigh and into the pole when we returned. I am now sitting on the bay-window looking out as the night sky. I didn't care about Halloween being only a little bit away, I didn't care that the others were talking like crazy trying to find a way to get Jack back.

I felt tears coming on. I guess Jack wasn't as annoying as he could be. Honestly, he could be really fun to hang out with. I tapped the window and some vines crawled up it. North came over to me and placed a hand on my shoulder. I didn't look up at him. My mind was too busy with hard what ifs.

"Eve, it's not your fault. Jack pushed you and saved your life." North said calmly.

I could feel a tear fall slowly down my face. "If my curiousity didn't get the best of me, He would be safe. I would be with Pitch and not him." I mumbled.

North sighed and looked at me and left. I felt a few more tears fall and I leaned againest the window. I was about to get up when I could feel something calling to me. A spirit. I looked and saw a small blue light coming to me. I smiled and opened the window.

"Come here little child, take a true physical form and become one with me."
