Eve Hallow's POV:

I could hear Pitch and Jack arguing on what to do with me so I took this time to open my eyes a little and look over to where I heard the guardians whispering. I saw them and some little kids. One of them looked scared like Hunter did. He saw small with brown hair and eyes. His hair was messy like Hunter had his hair a lot of the time. I thought it was him for a second but the hair color and eyes showed me differently. The look of fear was the same. I looked over at Pitch to see that they had finished arguing and he was coming closer.

"Eve, I'm glad to see your eyes again. What were you looking at?" Pitch asked having me sit up and look him in the eyes.

"I was simply admiring the beauty of this forrest. I chose a good spot to live don't you think father?" I replied calmly.

He looked at me in a little bit of shock because I actually said father without sass. I smiled in pain as the ice was getting colder. Jack must be getting mad at me for some reason. I looked over to see my spell book on the ground.

"If you want me to open it, you just have to say one little word, and I'll open it." I said innocently.

"Why should we trust you?" Jack sneered.

I looked over at the guardians and winked to show them that I was faking it and not be scared. I looked at the kids and sighed. I don't think they can see me but atleast they will be safe. I looked back at Pitch and smiled.

"I'm your daughter and I can see that the guardians arn't coming to help me. I am as alone as I was before. Could you just say a little world and let me help you?" I said with my puppy dog eyes.

Pitch smiled evily and walked over to my book. He picked it up and handed it to me. I smiled and held it close. I could feel the ice start to melt and some power come to me. I stood up and looked at Pitch.

"Say it." I commanded.

"Eve, help us destroy the Guardians, now" He said back, full of confidence.

I smirked at him and opened my book to a page that held a spell to change Jack back. I held up my hand and mumbled the words on the page. My hand now held a light blue flame that danced around my fingers. I looked over at Jack to see a clear shot. I looked at Pitch and got ready to respond.

"No" I said simply.

I threw the fire ball at Jack and saw him almost instantly change back. He looked at me and I pointed over to where the guardians were. Pitch was coming after me to take away my book so I threw it over to the guardians just as Jack and the guardians were together.

Pitch grabbed me by my neck and threw me against a tree. I could see his nightmares coming closer to me. I didn't know a good spell to get me out of this but I knew what I could do. I looked up at the night sky and focused on the darkness. I looked at a trick one time and it said how I could become invisable to everyone. I focused and heard the nightmares whinny in confusion. I looked and they were looking everywhere for me. I quietly ran over to the guardians and children. Once there, I grabbed my book and looked at everyone, making myself be seen.

"Eve, you did it!" Jack yelled as he gave me a hug.

I smiled and hugged him back. I hate to say it, but I'm glad this jack was back. This Jack was a less pain then Dark Jack. Once we let go, I looked at the children. They were looking my way but Jack was next to me so I could be mistaken. I looked at the boy who reminded me of Hunter and smiled.

"Your Eve Hallows?" THe boy asked me.

I was shocked that he could see me. I nodded and smiled. My first believer and he reminded me of my brother. I looked closer and saw a chain around his neck. I looked closer and saw that he had a necklace of a carved pumpkin on the chain. I walked up to him and went for the charm. A memory came to me.

Memory: From memory Eve's POV her at age 13 and Hunter at age 2

Hunter sat down on the table in the kitchen looking sad and alone. I was there baking something. I looked over and saw how lonely he looked and sat on the chair close to him. He didn't look over at me.

"What's wrong Hunter?" I asked him.

"You gonna leave mama and me like daddy." Hunter replied quietly.

I smiled and made him look at me. "I would never leave you like Daddy did. I'm just going to be in the village and I promise that I will still be here to protect you."

"Really?" He asked hopefully.

I smiled and went into my room. I looked around and saw the present I got him for his birthday. I walked over and grabbed it before walking back out to him. I held it up for him to see and he smiled.

"This is a special necklace, I had it made just for you. As long as you have this, I will always protect you no matter what. That and it makes you look like a big kid." I smiled and placed it around his neck.

"Thank you Evie."

End or memory.

I looked around and saw that we were at the north pole now. Did I pass out or something when I had that flashback? I looked and saw Jack next to me. I smiled and grabbed his arm. He wasn't so scary now that he was back to his goofy self.

"Where is everyone?" I asked.

"They are keeping the kids safe in the globe room." He replied.

I smiled and sat right up. He was by my side incase I fell but I just ran out the door and to the globe room. Once there, I saw not only all the kids and guardians but I saw Midnight there letting the kids pet his wings. I smiled and whistled for him. He got up and flew into my arms.

"That was to cool!" The mini-Hunter Said as he ran over to me.

"Thanks. Forgive me, I haven't properly introduced myself. I am Eve Hallows and this handsome creature here is Midnight Dreams." I smiled at the boy while walking to the middle of the room.

"My name's Jamie. You look like a picture in my mom's family album. It's a picture of my family from centuries ago with my ancestor Hunter Black." He chimed.

I smiled and we talked for a while. I told him all about who I was and he couldn't believe that I was related to him and I was the spirit of halloween. All the kids were soon gathered around me and hearing my stories. The same ones I used to tell Hunter and I could see the happiness and brave smiles on their faces. It was calm and seemed like we would win this. For a second, I saw Jack listening too. I'm happy to have him back.
