When They Confess

<Itachi>

Itachi had asked you to meet him where the two of you had first met. Of course you agreed to meet with the man. So here you were, standing by the river you walked along in mid day. You were pretty early so you were just watching the river flow by. 

The fishes that swam inside of it making ripples of the water appear every time their tail splashed the cooling water. You smiled at the little creatures and hunched over forward to get a closer look. Just as you were doing that, you heard a pair of feet stepping over the tall grass in order to get to the dirt filled rocks to get to the riverbank. 

 You turned towards the sound and saw the familiar raven haired male. You gave him a tender smile making a very faint blush appear on Itachi. Itachi coughed to himself as if he were trying to hide it in order to suppress it. After that, he returned his gaze to you.

"Is there something you wanted to speak to me about Itachi?" you asked.

"Yes.. (f/n), I have been thinking about this continuously in my head. I've been trying to see a compromise with these emotions I've developed with you and... I.. I would like to.."

Itachi seemed to have a difficult time trying to process what he was trying to say. You looked at him confused as he shook his head, trying to clear his mind.

"Itachi, are you alright?"

"Y-Yeah, I'm alright." he said. "I guess I still seem to be debating if I should tell you or not."

"Well, you can tell me anything Itachi. Whatever it is, I doubt it won't be that bad."

Itachi took a deep breath before grabbing hold of both of your hands. His onyx eyes stared lovingly into your (e/c) eyes.

"(F/n), I really like you, far more than how a friend should be. You don't know how hard it is to keep myself from trying to hug you, hold your hand, or even trying to... kiss you. So, I just want to know... do you feel the same way?" he said.

You stared at him with wide eyes. You never knew he felt this way about you. Your raced at his little confession, and you soon engulfed him into a hug

"I do feel the same way." you said through tears of joy. "I thought you would leave me if I were to ever tell you about that. I'm really glad you said what you said."

Itachi chuckled as he wrapped his arms around you. "I'm glad as well..."

<Kisame>

Both you and Kisame were out together on a picnic. He never really gave a specific reason why he wanted to do this. But you never really questioned it. The two of you were having lots of fun. You talked about random topics and laughed here and there. 

However, you kind of noticed that Kisame was a bit off today. He seemed to be nervous about something and when you asked him what was wrong, he'd just laugh it off. You were quite suspicious of his actions, and when it became too much to ignore, you had forced him to tell you what was wrong.

"It's not that easy to say (f/n).." he said.

"But it's bothering you. I won't let anything mentally kill my friend inside." you said.

Kisame flinched when you said the word friend and his eyes faltered. He avoided your gaze and looked at the ground contemplating if he should say it or not.
