I turn the corner at lightning speed. Well no, actually compared to Nate I'm a snail, but for me I'm going lightning speed. My backpack smacks against my back with every step, and the zipper makes a jingling noise.

"About time there miss," Jason rolls his eyes at me.

"Shut... up..." I pant. "Look what I got." I thrust the papers into his hand.

"What is this?"

"Look at it!"

He flips through the stack as Anna and Jack look over his shoulder at them. "Oh, oh gosh."

"I know."

"Keep them in your bag," Nate advises after coming to see what we're talking about.

"You sure?"

"Yeah, you found them so you should keep them safe."

"Okay." I nod and turn to Jennifer. "Ready?"

"Oh yeah, I was born ready," She replies with a smirk.

"Wait, guys," Melody holds out her hands, palms facing us. "Are we all sure we're going to follow through? No one is going to back out or leave anyone behind?"

We all nod quietly, and she smiles. "Like the musketeers then, just a lot more off us. One for all –"

"And all for one," We chorus, and I can't help but laugh. We're ridiculous, really. Thinking a few teenagers can pull this off. But of course, wasn't Albert Einstein called ridiculous? Or stupid? Something of the like.  And look at all he achieved.

"Let's do this." Jack pushes his black fringe out of his eyes.

Jen stares intently at the concrete, holding both hands in front of her. "The wall is really thick," She gasps, and a thin layer of sweat covers her forehead. A tiny black hole pulses by the wall, slowly growing in size.

"You can do it," I say with what I hope is an encouraging tone.

"It worked!" Her breathing comes in heaving gasps of air. "I don't know how long it'll be open. I should've practiced this more..."

"Run," I nod at Bree, Erik and Cara. "We'll go a few at a time."

They go through and Jen closes it only seconds later.

"Are you okay?" Shaun asks.

"Fine, I'm fine. I'll try again now."

She doesn't take as long this time, but you can see the effort she's putting into this clearly in her face. "Okay go," She says once she deems its safe.

Melody, Nate, Jason and Shaun rush through.

She closes it again and slides down against a wall, taking more heaving breaths. "Hey, you sure you're good?" I ask.

"No," She laughs shakily. "But I got this."

"Okay," I give her another thin lipped smile. "Rest for a minute."

Anna, Jack and I walk close to the concrete so she won't have to hold it open as long next time. She takes a few steps in our direction too.

"Okay, let's go again," She hold up a peace sign and then goes back to it. It opens even faster this time, and she seems happy by the obvious progression. "You can go now."

Jack steps in, and just as Anna goes to follow we hear footsteps and chatter coming our way.

"Oh no, no, no." Anna's eyes widen and she jumps in after Jack.
