I am what you fear

I am what you crave

I am what settles beneath your skin

I am a Monster

I am the touch you crave

I am what you flinch away from

I am what hides in the dark

I am a Monster

I am skin and bones

I am full with pride

I am tall with false hope

I am a Monster

I am a white lie

I am a scream of terror

I am a salty tear

I am a Monster

I am a lover

I am a liar

I am a killer

I am a Monster

I am a mistake

I am hidden

I am always with you

I am a monster

I will always be there

I am inside of you

I am only human

I am human

I am a mother

I am a friend

I am a neighbor
