Your hand fits In mine, like its made just for me, but bear this In mind, It was meant to be. And I'm joining up the dots from the freckles on your cheeks and it all makes sense to me.

The dream had been in my mind all the day, causing me to totally bomb my English and History tests. To top it all off there had been no answer choices on either of one of them, and that brought me three concerns. 1) George Washington did not sail the ocean blue in 1492 with his buddy George Bush, 2) Comma's are friends not food, and 3) I would have to buy the coach chocolates (again) as a form of bribery to let me play the next game despite my grades.

I just hadn't been able to concentrate on the tests, when my mind was wandering to my dream. It was puzzling and I couldn't figure out most of it. Why would I care so much about someone I didn't know? It didn't make sense, and why would it hurt me so much to lose her?

Maria had always been enough. She had always been more than enough. For the past year and half she has been my world, even though it sounded cheesy. No other girl could compare to her in my eyes. So why had this mystery girl pop out of nowhere?

I wasn't dissatisfied with my girlfriend, and I still loved her. Yes, the L-word. I loved my girlfriend... yet I still hasn't told her that. I never had the nerve to do it. I know Maria wouldn't have laughed at me, if I told her that, but that didn't make the nerves go away.

"Hey, baby!" I heard the most beautiful voice say to me. She jumped on my back, and held on for dear life, sending me stumbling for a few unnoticeable seconds, until I regained my balance. Maria laughed. Her laughter sent shills down my back. She ruffled my hair, while she was on my back. Then, playfully pulled a couple of hairs. I winced and put her down carefully on the ground before we got in trouble. Students weren't exactly supposed to give each other piggy-back rides while waiting in the cafeteria's lunch line. It wasn't exactly approved of.

I was always the one that thought about things like that. Maria, as sweet as she was, was sort of reckless. She was wild and quick minded. She never thought far ahead into what something could bring. It was always surprising what she would do next.

"Hi, babe," I said, turning around to see her. Her hair was loose today, and seeing it brought me memories of my angel, but I shook them away. What was the use in thinking about an imaginary girl, when the one in front was real not fiction or made up by my unconscious mind?

Maria was also wearing her reading glasses, meaning she had just gotten out of English. Carefully, I reached out and took off her glasses. She must of have forgotten to take them off and put them on inside their case. I knew how much she hated being seen with them. She said she looked dorky and awkward. To me, she was beautiful and sophisticated.

She smiled that smile that told me how much she wanted to say "Awwww...", but didn't for my sake. I needed to keep my macho reputation in check because Josh Edward Knight was a man, well as much as a man I could be when you had the middle name that was also a sparkly dude's name.

And yeah, I fully admitted to watching all of the twiblood or moonlight whatever movies (actually I know the name but again protecting my macho machoness). Maria had dragged me to all the premieres after waiting for hours in line for each one. Her reason being she thought Robert Pattinson's eyes were dreamy. Whatever, he got nothing on me. Well... the accent is pretty cool, mostly because my British accent sounded like a cow mimicking a constipated Irish dude. A reason why boycotting all Harry Potter reenactments seemed like such a good idea, after the big disaster of 2011. Let's just say it had something to with a fake mustache, a pig I may or may not have borrowed, a lightning bolt temporary tattoo, and my phony British accent. I haven't been to Comic Con since then...
