5. Time Will Change Everything about This Hell

San Diego, CA

Jared glanced over at Jensen as he was almost shaking in the car, "Dude, what is wrong with you?"

"We find out in a matter of seconds if they are taking our children. Jared, we are about to come face to face with people that control our future."

Jared shook his head back at him, "They say nothing about tomorrow. They are just old people."

Everleigh glanced back at him, "You seem kinda hopeful."

"I am hopeful. I was taught that sometimes all you need is hope." Jared looked back at her.

Everleigh smiled back at him, "Well your hope better save them."

Jared nodded his head back at her as she went into the building infront of him.

Jensen walked in behind them as Graham walked up to him.

"Landon told me that he has been helping Emmett out with lacrosse." Graham looked back at him.

"Yea, he is loving it." Jensen said back to him.

"Good, our kids need something else to think about."

Jensen nodded his head as Stephen walked past him.

Aurelia glanced back at them, "Is everyone here?"

Jared glanced over at Jensen then back at Aurelia, "We are here Aurelia."

"Then let's do this." Aurelia said as she pushed the doors open.

Everleigh followed her sister as Jensen and Jared tried to walk in but something sent them back.

Aurelia looked back at them, "What is going on?"

"You think we would allow them in?"

Aurelia looked up as Ottavia walked down the stairs from the second level of the room, "They are a part of this."

Everleigh looked back at Jensen as his hands were burnt, "You hurt them."

"The fact that you are working with a hunter still surprises me." Ottavia said back to them.

Stephen glanced up from Jensen, "They can't be left alone."

Graham looked back at Ottavia, "You charmed the room. None of us are allowed in but them."

"The huntsman does have some brains."

Graham glared back at her.

"Come along girls, they are waiting." Ottavia said back to Aurelia and Everleigh.

Graham bent down to Jared who was covering up his burnt hand, "I don't like these odds anymore."

Stephen looked back at him, "You mean the fact that the families knew about us and kept us from a meeting that could be about our children?"

Graham nodded his head back at him, "I know Everleigh. She will do whatever is possible to save herself. She always have and always will."

Jensen got up with help from Stephen, "You think they will gave up our kids to save hers?"

"I love Landon but I pray to god that Aurelia would never turn over her own family to save her son." Graham looked back at Jensen.
