the day after the party i broke up with Louise.. she is so annoying, needs so much attention and is so busy with her damn phone. it just didnt work out between us.. and when you have interest for other girls, you know its done.
but this girl that just walked in, she has something appealing.. its that she doesnt care. i wonder why.. ill find that out, one day.
she walked into the kitchen John just showed me around in. i could hear her sing a little, it was rock or something.. i kinda expected that, by the color of her hair. suddenly the singing stopped and i heard some shuffling. then it was quiet for a while, so i continued with the conversation. BANG! there she was again, with her face on the ground. i actually had to laugh really hard, but i held it back because i sense theres something up with her. she stood up like nothing happened and got something to drink. when John and i believe her name is Rose where in a deep conversation with eachother i turned to her "hey, you okay?'' i asked her. she looked up from her drink and looked straight into my eyes, she started blushing and looked down again. ''yeah i guess, thanks.'' was all she replyed with. i kinda liked the way she reacted on me, but very shy.. there's more going on with her... what? i don't know yet, but i can feel it.. it makes me sick to my stomach. so all i replyed with was: ''good.'' then she looked up to me again, which made me lift my eyebrow cause it surprised me and when i did she shifted her eyes back to her intertwined fingers.
i heard this song which was very familliar with me.. it was ''Human'' by Christina Perri. thats a emotional heavy song. she didn't even hesitate, she ran into that kitchen and probably tried to put it off. i think my feeling about her was right.. i stood up from my barstool, and walked into the kitchen to see what was wrong and maybe help her. ''stupid damn thing'' was what i heard when i walked in the little office. ''uhm, what's the problem?'' i asked her. she jumped up a bit and then turned around. she had red cheeks from my unexpected move. i think she even was in shock a little because she almost fell, and had to regain her balance a bit. then she frowned. oh, god. ''it just won't work okay?!'' she snapped. that left me stunned for a few seconds.. she grabbed her phone and walked out, i just instinctively followed her. i don't even know why.. she walked up to her mom, and yes people i'm a guy.. i checked out her butt.. and i dont feel bad about it. ''mom, I really need another one. like as soon as possible. it wont even stop playing music, until I pull out the battery'' she did that instantly.. she held up the battery and the phone without the battery and case so her mom could see it. her mom told her she couldnt fo that for her yet, and why. i get her, and i see the girl understands it too, but she apolgized already for doing something to it, which made me chuckle.. now im thinking about how i can help her, i want to and i dont know why. she has something appealing and i hate that i dont know what it is.. my feeling tells me its right with her.. i think i just should see how things are later.. we'll see.
suddenly i get snapped out of my crazy thoughts by John. '' uhm, Caleb, you haven't introduced yourself to my oldest daughter". " oh yeah, right. Hii, my name is Caleb.. you probably have seen Alex... yeah he is a very good friend of mine. so what's your name?". she looked up at me a little strange, i think she didnt expect me to ask it.. but why, its not so weird right?!? " uhmm hii, my name is Kassie.. and yeah i've seen him" she answered me in some kind of awkward way. ''nice to meet you.'' i said to her with a smile. she only nodded, which was a little different then what i'm used to.. so i expressed that with my face.. i smiled at her again after i did that face. but i think she is in her own little world, thinking or something. because i feel like she doesnt even notice.
so her name is Kassie, that is a beautiful name for a pretty girl like she is. but how can i help her with her phone.. I'VE GOT IT, i got this phone at my place that i dont use.. it isnt the newest thing ever, but its better than what she has now.
i looked at her and saw that she was staring outside, still thinking. but i decided to still tell her i got something for her of she'd like. "hey Kassie, I just remembered that I have this phone at my place that I don't use.. uhm you can borrow it if you'd like?"i said. she looked up at me and blinked a few times. then she opened her mouth to say something "uhm, that's really nice of you but you don't really have...". then her mom interrupted, "ahw Caleb that's an amazing offer that Kassie will gladly take " she also gave her a strange look which Kassie seems to understand. "Yeah, thanks Caleb... thats really nice of you. But you don't have to or something.." she said. and what surprised me the most, was that she really meant it. i'm gonna get her that phone anyways, maybe i will get to now her better trough some kind of way. as soon as we looked up when we would see eachother again. which made me happy, because that meant i would see her again. but what was kind of a dissapointment was that thatt would be in about 3 weeks... and i really want to get to know her.. she stood up and said "Hey mom, I should probably go by now" to her mom. she looked down at the ground agaim which made me smirk again.. i couldnt really help it, she seems so submissive... then her mom looked up, who replied "yeah you should honey, it's getting later and darker. Be safe and let me know when you get home okay?" she had grabbed all of her stuff and replied to her mom.. her mom said after her that she loved her, i saw her look down and sigh then she closed the door.. she was gone now.
i drank up my drink and stepped off of the stool again, i put on my jacket and said '' hey John, thanks so much for the great offer.. and i will see you guys next Saturday right?'' he nodded '' yeah kid, no problem. see you next week. drive safe'' he smiled. i laughed, i will sir, just on my loyal bike. i don't own a drivers license.'' he laughed and said his goodbye. me too. and walked out too.. i saw Kassie at the end of the street. she looked kinda sad. and i wanna find out why.
i'll see her again at the end of the month, this will be fine. i might wanna go home now, it really is starting to get freaking dark. on the way home the only thing that went trough my mind were Kassie and three weeks....
