Reyna's POV-

Bags all packed, make sure you remember everything

"Hey, Reyna? Can I tell you something?" Nico asks me.

"Sure," I say as I take his hand.

"I think we should stop dating," he says.

"Wha-what? No, why?" I ask with tears in my eyes.

"I just don't think we can work," he says slowly.

I run away to the lake, because we are at Camp Half-Blood. Tears streak down my face as I run onto the dock.

There's nothing left of you to remind me

But somehow you're still standing behind me

I splash my feet in the water and think of the good times. The good times with Nico. Our first date at McDonalds, us watching a scary movie and him hugging me when the scary parts came, us falling asleep on this very same dock.

I don't know why I broke up with her. I have to find her. I shadowtraveled to the docks and see her sobbing.

Reyna's POV-

I started sobbing my eyes out. I couldn't think of anything. I feel hands around my stomach and I turn around and punch them. "Oof," I hear a males voice.

I look closely and see it is...Nico. No, no! What is he doing here? "What are you doing here?" I scream at him.

"I wanted to come and tell you that I-that I love you! I didn't mean to break up with you. I didn't know what love was like. Reyna, please look at me. I want you to be mine forever. I want you to be my girlfriend again." Nico says.

"Why? Why did you break up with me? Why should I? You broke my heart, Nico. Why should I trust you?" I tell him.

"Just, please give me a second chance! Reyna, please! I love you! I love you with all my heart!" Nico yells at me.

He leans in and kisses me. I start to pull away, but feeling his body this close stopped me. After we pulled apart, I said,"I love you too. And yes, I will be your girlfriend."

"I am the luckiest man in the world!" he screams at the stars.

I take his hand and lean my head in the crook of his shoulder. I could stay like this forever.
