Lucy's POV-
I had finally got out of the hospital a month later. I felt much better after getting out of the hospital. Lockwood and I are walking home, hand in hand. As we get close to home, we see George planting flowers. "Um, George? Why are you planting flowers?" I ask him with a smile.
"I wanted to make the place seem happy, not gloomy," he said.
I looked at 35 Portland Row. It doesn't seem that gloomy, but I guess it looked like that to him. It had some shadows, but not much. "How are you, Lucy?" George asks as we get to the house.
"I'm better than I was before," I say quietly.
"Are you actually OK?" Lockwood asks me while looking in my eyes gently.
"Yeah, but I don't understand why Kipps would do that to me," I say as George opened the door for me. "Thanks."
"I don't understand that either," Lockwood said. "I'm going to kill him though."
I go and lay down on the couch. I pat the seat next to me so Lockwood can lay down next to me. Lockwood lays down next to me and I lay my head on his shoulder. "You know, your shoulder is very comfy," I tell Lockwood.
"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't know that," Lockwood said with a grin.
"I will leave you two alone," George says and leaves.
We just lay here, talking all day.So, Atla12, how did you like it? I can redo it if you want me too.
