Zuko's POV-
Uncle and I are living in Ba Sing Se because we are refugees. I am walking home when I notice a girl following me. I turn around and see a girl with long black hair, tan skin, gray eyes, and a green jump suit. "Who are you? What do you want?" I ask her.
"My name is Gwenavirre, but you can call me Gwen. The reason I am following you is because I think you are cute," she says.
"Wait, you think I'm cute?" I ask her.
"Of course you are," she says with a sly grin.
I notice that she is beautiful in the dim light. "You are p-pretty too," I stutter.
"You are even cuter when you stutter! Come follow me," Gwen says.
She takes my hand and drags me to a little lake. "Wow. This place is beautiful," I stare in wonder.
"I know. Let me make a seat," she says.
She stomps her foot and earth shoots up. "You are an earthbender, huh," I say and sit down.
"Yeah I am," she says and sits next to me.
"We should do this more often. Come to the Jasmine Dragon tomorrow so we can make more plans," I tell her.
I get up and leave her sitting there. When I get home, Uncle says,"Where were you?"
"I was on a date," I tell him.
"Was it nice?"
"Yes," I say as I go to my room.
