Chapter 21

Chapter 21:

I watched as Belle strutted over to greet Harry. He made me grit my teeth by giving her the perfect red rose. I glanced over at Violet to see her fuming at Belle as she made her way back to the group.

Ryan came back in. “Alyssa, Lola, Madison, Sarah, Evelyn, Christina, Natalie, Amelia, Anna, Violet, I’m sorry. Please say your goodbyes.”

Violet walked straight over to me, exchanging a dirty look with Belle on her way.

“Violet—“ I began, but she interrupted me.

“Do me one favor,” she said. “Don’t let that bitch get one of the boys.”

She gestured to Belle and I smiled. “I won’t, I promise.”

Ryan was ushering the girls who were sent home out of the room. Most of the directioner girls who were sent home were sobbing as they said their final goodbyes. Violet, who was strong enough to keep from crying, gave me one last hug. “Good luck,” she smiled, winking at me before leaving the house for good.

Of course Harry would keep the girl that I hate, and send home the one who stuck up for me. I noticed Violet left without saying goodbye to her sister who was with Belle and what was left of their group huddled in a corner. I’m sure Violet and Ava got into a fight after Violet yelled at Belle the other day.

Ryan called our attention to the front of the room. “Congratulations to you all, we now have our final twenty girls!” This was followed by a loud series of claps and cheers. Not to my surprise, Belle and her posse just rolled their eyes at this obvious information.

Niall was the next to speak. “We have had such a great time so far, and we can’t wait to tell you what is planned for next week.”

“We can’t tell you everything, but we do have one very exciting announcement!” Louis said.

“Next week we are going to be continuing our journey to find love in—“ Zayn said.

“Paris!” the boys announced in unison.

Paris! I gasped. Thank God we don’t have to sit around this boring place any longer…

 

“Okay, we leave tomorrow morning, so everybody get packing! The first date card will be on the plane tomorrow!”  Liam said.

My eyes wandered to Harry who was staring blankly at me. He started to walk towards me, but before he could reach me, I purposefully avoided him and went off to find just about the only people in the house I could tolerate right now.
