Chapter 30

MIDNIGHT MEMORIES. I AM SO EXCITED. I CANT WAIT. TWO MONTHS IS TOO LONG. AND IN MORE EXCITING NEWS: PART TWO OF THE FANTASTICALLY ROMANTIC HOMETOWN DATE WITH LIAM PAYNE IS HERE. I LOVE YOU GUYS FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER.

 

 

Chapter 30-

The door swung open and I found my mom standing on the other side of it. I immediately stepped in and hugged my mom. I hadn’t seen her and only talked to her briefly since I left for the show weeks ago.

Behind her I spotted my dad with his graying hair and the exact same green eyes as mine. My sister was behind him who was a spitting image of me except five years older. Then there was my brother, Nick who had dirty blonde hair and blue eyes like my mom.  Once I had given them each a reuniting hug, I turned back to Liam who was already in a conversation with my mother.

He had given her the flowers we had picked out and were talking about what kinds of flowers they were. I introduced him to the rest of my family and they immediately clicked. Liam was his same charming self and I was so happy to have them all in the same room.

My dad offered for us all to sit down in the living room. I sat between Liam and Carolyn on the couch while my parents shared the love seat and Nick had his own chair.

“It’s so great to finally meet all of you,” Liam said. “Summer has told me so much about you.”

I smiled at his cheesiness only because I found it kind of cute.

“Well, we haven’t heard too much about you since we haven’t seen Summer in so long!” my mom said sweetly. My mom was one of the cute little moms you see at the grocery store who knows everybody in town. She had short strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. Sometimes I wish I looked more like her because she was so pretty. She was also very protective of me.

“Liam is so sweet and romantic. He took me on the top of the Eiffel Tower on our first date,” I announced proudly as my family all gazed in shock.

“Wow, that’s quite a date,” my dad said.

“It was one of the best dates I’ve ever been on,” Liam grinned at me. He then told the story of our first date and everything we did that day. He, however, left out the part about other girls being there because I don’t think him talking about dating other girls is a good way to start off meeting your girlfriends’ parents.

After about a half hour of talking, one of the cameramen instructed Liam and my dad to go out to the backyard to have a ‘chat.’

Oh dear God.

My dad could be so embarrassing and I prayed that he wouldn’t scare Liam away.

I was then told to have a ‘chat’ with my sister in my room. I winked at Liam as he left to talk to my dad and went with Carolyn upstairs to my bedroom. I hadn’t been in here for a while and it was so neat and organized for once. We sat down on the bed and immediately started chatting.
