After picking Kailey from the airport we drive back to the Rooster Teeth Office and I ask her some questions about herself. Once we got to the office my analyses of her was complete. She was 21; kind hearted, polite, can tell one hell of funny story, and sarcasm is like her second language. She'll fit right in. We leave all of her bags in the trunk and we go into the building. Once we go into my office Kailey sat down across from me.
" Kailey you know why your here. correct? " I ask. " Yeah, you stated it very clearly in your email. You want me to come live here in Austin and work here at Rooster Teeth. " She states. " Correct but I'm assigning you to a spacific part of Rooster Teeth. I'm assigning you as an Achievement Hunter. In your videos you tend to get achievements like your not even trying. So I thought it'd be an appropriate decision. " I say with a friendly smile. " Ok sure I don't mind that but under one condition; I be presented as a boy to them. " She states. " But why? " I ask confused.
"Because, girls don't get the same respect as guys do for lets-plays and Achievements and no one takes a girl gamer seriously. Being presented like a guy is my one request please Burnie. " My new employee says looking at me with an emotion I couldn't place my finger on. " Ok, Once Geoff gets here I'll present you as a boy.....Wait what am I going to say your name is? " I ask a small shiver of nervousness shooting down my spine. " Kabrean Randell. " She says simply." Ok now let me call Geoff here. I swiftly take out my phone and dial Geoffs' number and call it. After a few rings he pics up.
" Hey this is Geoff " He say calmly into the phone " Hey Geoff,it's Burnie. I'm glad you picked up, I need you to come to my office we need to talk." I say in a serious manner. " Ok see you in a minute Burnie. " Geoff say before hanging up. "Ok, He'll be here in a minute I hope you enjoy working here. " I state happily.
