A/N: Fun fact which you may know, Michael and Ray were good friends before Ray officially worked at roosterteeth when Ray still did community videos :) so I feel like Ray would talk to Michael if he was nervous or if he needed someone to talk to or vise - versa :D

(Kailey's POV )

I woke up with a yawn and I looked at my surroundings. I was in Rays bed AGAIN! " How do I keep ending up in here?! " I groan. I was about to get out of the bed when I was hit with coughing fit. When it was finally over I slowly walk out of Rays room and to the living room to watch some tv or something then I see a note on the coffee table. ' Hey Kailey, I hope you're feeling a bit better today. If you need anything I put my number in your phone so that you can get a hold of me. - Ray ' I read the note over a second time and smiled to myself before getting my phone off the table and finding Rays' number and calling him. " Hello who is this? " I hear Rays voice say. " Hey Ray, it's Kailey. " I say. " Oh hey, give me a sec, I'm going to step outside. " He said. I heard him ask Geoff of it was ok if he stepped out for a minutes to take a call. I heard a faint ' Okay ' from Geoff before I heard doors opening and closing. "Good afternoon and are you feeling a little better? " Ray asks. " Yeah a little, but can you tell me why I keep waking up on your bed. " I yawn. " Oh well the first time, you fell asleep in the Cab so I just put you on my bed, this morning before I left, you looked really uncomfortable on the couch so I just moved you. " he said nervously. " Oh okay that's fine Ray I was just wondering why. But how is work going?" I ask changing the subject. " It's good it's pretty boring though. We're just editing lets plays and stuff, nothing exciting.What about you what are you up to? " Ray questions. " All good just woke up and had a small coughing fit earlier." I said shrugging my shoulders. " Oh, well if you get hungry there's bagels on top of the toaster and you can help yourself to anything that's in the fridge. I should be back at the apartment in a few hours so I'll talk to you then. " Ray says. " Ok sounds good Ray. I'll talk to you later bye. " I say hanging up.

( Rays POV )

" Okay sounds good Ray. I'll talk to you later bye. " " bye I love- oh" I mumbled sadly as I realize she hung up. I sigh and run my hands through my hair before going back inside. Once I got to my desk I slump into my chair and lazily place my headphones on my head. " Yo Ray what's wrong buddy? You look like you're about to cry. " Michael asked patting my back. " Hm? I'm fine I guess. Michael, I think I'm in love with someone, but I'm too nervous to tell them. " I say seeing that no one was in the office. " Ray, People are just people, they shouldn't make you nervous. " Michael chuckles lightly. My gaze slowly focuses on my hands like the were the most interesting things the room. " I know Mich, but......., " I say heat rising to my cheeks, "I haven't known them for long but I feel like I've known them my whole life ya know? " I say fidgeting in my seat a little more heat rising to my face. " Oh Ray, you sound like a love sick fool. " Michael says choking back a laugh. " I look up and glare and him but he burts into laughter. " It's not funny Michael! " I say glaring at him more. " Dude yes it is! You seem like a shy lovestruck puppy! " Michael fall down onto his chair in laughter. I sigh and take off my headphones. " I'm going to go get Kabreans pass for RTX. " I mutter standing up. " Dude where is Kay? " Michael asks. Kay? Must be Michaels' nick name for Kailey I mean Kabrean. I think. " He said wasn't feeling well so he called in sick. " I say. " How do you know that? " Michael asks narrowing his eyes. " He called me. Like I said I gotta go get his pass for RTX. " I say going up to Burnies office. I knock on Burnie's door lightly before I hear him say " Come in ". " Hey Burnie, " I say walking into the office. " Oh hey Ray, what's up? " Burnie smiles. " um I came to get Kailey's RTX badge. " I stuff my hands in my pockets. " So you know too? " he says his tone changing slightly. " Yeah, I found out the first night, she's crashing with me till she can get an apartment. " I rock back on my heels. " Ah ok. Anyways back to what you came for, here's her badge, I got it yesterday and meant to give it to her but I forgot. Why didn't she come today anyways. " Burnie says handing me the pass. " She wasn't feeling well so she stayed at the apartment. " I say scratching my neck. " Okay well tell her I hope she feels better, also feel free to leave now, you should make sure she gets better. " Burnie smirks. " Oh cool thanks Burnie, I'll see you tomorrow. " I nod in thanks before heading to my car. Once there I slip my keys into the ignition and start driving. I look at the time and see it was only 2:30 pm and I haven'd eaten lunch so I decide to pick up some Chinese food on my way back to the apartment.
