Naruto crossover part 2

Pein's decision

With no other choice the akasuki surrendered, but something just didn't seem right. The orange haired man, he seemed to calm and almost uncaring. I racked my brain as to why he stuck out to me so much.

Third POV

Naruto had been standing beside sasuke throughout the whole ordeal and was now glad he had done so.

out of the corner of his eye he could see his best friend glaring quite hatefully at his big brother, and when the older uchiha glanced their way, sauske tried to launch. key word tried.

Naruto had seen his rivals muscles tense in preparation for the leap but caught him before anyone else could notice.

That didn't mean sauske didn't struggle though, which is precisely why sakura had taken notice of the scuffle. The blond jinchuuriki looked over to mika, about to ask her for help with the struggling uchiha, only to see her "intense thinking face" and froze.

Sasuke noticing the change in his friend followed his gaze and tensed as well. Sakura who had walked over to help also stopped at her sensei's look.

jiraya who was watching the whole time went to ask his student why he was suddenly on guard.

"It's mika-sensei, something's wrong."

The toad sannin looked over and deadpanned, "she just looks constipated."

The whole of team seven sighed, "yes we know, but that is her deep thinking face."

Deciding he should know whats bothering his sensei's adoptive daughter, he walked over.

Back to mika

I heard someone approach and opened my eyes, "oi, why do you look like your trying so hard to take a shit?"

I growled but said "something's off, pein seems to calm and its bothering me. There is also something in the back of my mind that's important. I just cant remember what it is."

I noticed we were preparing to transport everyone back to the village so I stood by my team with the old perv beside me.

As we returned I had the epiphany.

"Shit!" I whisper yelled and white haired man leaned over and asked 'what?'

"I had faced the akatsuki once before, a few years ago. I had sensed something was wrong back then and I just remembered what it was."

Sakura leaned in so she could report any news to tsunade, "The orange haired guy was connected to someone else, there weren't anywhere near where I was but the bond was strong, it kinda reminded me of chakra strings. Pein is just a puppet." A wide eyed sakura ran to tell tsunade.

Jiraya seemed to be deep in thought. "The man you see was once named Yahiko, but I was under the impression he had died several years ago. Konan, the woman, is also someone I am familiar with. There is one person missing from their original group of three though."

We had just teleported everyone back to the village and we're currently walking to the Hokage tower. I was still thinking when I noticed something, Pein was watching were we were going.

The old perv just said "I believe his name was nagato" when the Akatsuki leader smirked in our direction.

It was hen I felt the 5 other chakra signatures diving towards us at high speeds.

There was barely enough time to tell watch out and cover Kagome before the area exploded. The other akautski members were teleported to what I assume was a secure area, while the demons helped anybody to injured to move on their own.
