After her initial shock wore off, tsunade found a younger hyuga in the medical field who could use her byakugan. And would assist me during this top secret hush hush surgery.

Tsunade caught my grin as I ordered the ex-akatsuki members to strip down to their boxers and stand in special sealed areas so if worst comes to worst we can shield them from danger if shit went down.

We also had a prisoner on death row scheduled to be executed later that day, on stand by; if things got that bad, hidan would sacrifice him and heal himself into a stable state and we could continue if things went that way.

With a light cough from tsunade to make me stop ogling the sexy men before me I turned to face hidan who laid on the operation table completely clean and naked except for a towel over da D.

He just so happened to have a devilish smirk on his face which was slightly alluring. Questioning his preppy mood he gestured to an ever blushing young female nurse.

Walking over to the sink she stood by I started to clean my hands and arms, I then asked what made her so flustered.

She mumbled something even my dog ears couldn't make out.

"Huh?"

She got more red and whispered, "he's big"

I look at the man on the table,

"okaaay?? And this got you blushing like you just saw Kakashi ' s face how?"

Almost cherry red now, she said "no I mean he's BIG" Slightly gesturing her hands at him.

Again I look at hidan who was now looking at us too, his grin widening.

"Yeah so? Your what 5ft 3? And he's like five ten so to you yah he's big."

Her face stayed red as she shook her head,

I noticed some other nursed looking at us now as they bustled around doing last minute preperationd.

I was putting on all the gear for surgery now as I watched her get even more red if that was possible.

"I mean his thing, you know his thing thing. It's .... big"

I honestly had no idea what this flustered child was talking about and just stared at her. Her whole face was just crimson.

She was whisper yelling by the end... wait baby maker.

"Are you by any chance trying to tell me that the man on the table has a large dick?"

I asked in a normal voice. Every one paused at my words. Even tsunade who was double-checking the seals around the examples.

Speaking of which Kisame and kakuzu just looked at each other. Why are they going for hidan. Aaaaaaand they just lifted the towel.

As they returned to towel and went back to their places I turned to the nurse behind me; she looked like she was about to faint.

She calmed down enough to breath and fell into step behind me as I walked towards the table and to what might be the biggest medical advancement yet.
