Chapter 24

Natsu's POV:

After we left the stuffy book building Lucy and I started to walk towards a bar. " why the hell are we going here?" I ask with curiosity.

She glares at me and says in an are you kidding me voice," aren't you paying attention, we are delivering the last two invitations."

" oh yeah, so your last two friends that you inviting work at a bar?"

" yep, and they are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet." We open the door and are hit with a cacophony of voices and other sounds. I follow Luce as she walks towards the bar while carefully dodging barrels that are flying through the air.

She sat down at the bar in front of a beautiful, busty, bar tender in a pink dress. Her long hair the color of freshly fallen snow feel down to her waist and her bangs were pulled up away from her face in a little ponytail at the top of her head. Her bright blue eyes were filled with nothing but kindness. " hiya Lucy long time no see, what brings you here today." The bartender said a joyful tone in her voice as she dried off a mug.

" Mira I actually have something to give you and lisanna, and you are the best cook in the town." Lucy's said with a smile.

" sorry but Lisanna is out of town on a job with Elfman, she won't be back for about a month. And thanks for the compliment." Mira said as she put away the mug and started to get Lucy a strawberry milkshake. Lucy must come here a lot if the bartender knows her usual order.

" damn it," Lucy cursed under her breath," now who am I going to give the last invite to." Just then a tipsy brunette walked up to Lucy and grabbed her breast from behind.

" hey Lucy, why are you so down in the dumps? have a drink with me," she squeezed her breast again," I see your just as big as ever." The brunette said with a smirk that made me angry. For some reason I don't want anyone touching Lucy's boobs.

" Cana please stop it," Lucy said as she broke away from the brunettes grasp. Then her face lit up with excitement.

" hey Cana I was going to give this to Lisanna, but would you like it." Lucy handed her the invitation that Cana they shoved in between her cleavage. "Sure I will come, there has to be loads of fancy boozes there." Cana said before downing a barrel of wine.

" so Lucy who is the guy you got following you around, is he your boyfriend." Mira said out loud as Lucy handed her the last invitation.

Both Lucy's and my face started to get red and she started to stutter as she started to say" n-no, n-no, n-no he is not my boyfriend, we are just friends." Mira gave a look like she wasn't buying it. Lucy then introduced me to both Mira-Jane and Cana before we all talked for a while. After hours pasted and it started getting dark Lucy and I left the bar and I started walking her back to her castle.
