" they know you have me, they will attack your city to save me" shouted Monique. I shot Monique with a light ball and knocked her out.
" you killed her" whispered shouted Curtis.
" No I just knocked her unconscious" I laughed. We flew all the way back to the city.
" they didn't follow us" puffed Jason. I sent him out to check the area.
" ok good, ok troops take your position in the trees make sure your hidden, if your wings have bright colors you might want to thing about covering them in dirt" shouted sky. I had already covered my wings with some help from Ruby and Rosey was taken to the hospital.
" my wings feel so weird" I laughed.
" you will get used to it after a while" Curtis said. He gave me my bow and we walked to our positions, We were at the top of a very tall, hidden from sight but we could see outside perfectly. I had my bow ready, and waited. We waited and waited. All day, until we switched.
" when do you think they will attack?" I asked, as we walked to the dining hall.
" I don't know probably when we are not ready, but that's why we change and different times, we only have half an hour before we go back" he said. We grabbed a bag and shoved it with food and ate some to.
" Jessica do you have any questions about your powers?" Screeched Ruby. I shook my head and kept on eating. Once we finished we grabbed our bags and left and went back into our positions.
" so" I said.
" so, what?" Replied Curtis.
" nothing just trying to make a convokation" I laughed.
" you mean convocation" he laughed back.
" yea that word, so how old were you when you started?" I asked.
" started what?" He replied reposting himself, he fell a bit and I laughed. But then I fell backwards and hung upside down. I looked out into the distance and saw some Devils coming.
" Curtis" I whisper shouted. Then there was the signal that they were being attacked. A heap of arrows were coming towards me so I hit them all with a blast and they disintegrated.
" good job" said Ruby and Curtis in sync.
" thanks I think I'm getting the 'hang' of this. Hahah" I laughed my head of at my joke.
" ha ha very funny, no time to joke around let's go down and help" he said and shot down. I lifted my legs and I fell straight down. Ruby dust entrance. I told her and we shot down toghther. We landed and there was dust everywhere. I shot all the Devils around us and ran off to kill more. I shot next to Jackson and helped the wall.
" Great entrance, that really helped us" Said Jackson.
" Thanks, what are the numbers?" I said and blasted the first wave, but more were coming back in the distance.
" Well we saw about 1000-2000, and we had 100 men"
" what do you mean 'had'" I interrupted.
" well we lost about 7 men, don't worry Curtis is fine" he said seeing the shocked look on my face.
" How do you know?" I asked. Then a pair of cold hands planted themselves on my shoulders, which made me jump. I opened my wings and the hands let go. I turned around and saw Curtis on the ground.
" haha" I laughed.
" men make sure you keep this area clean" shouted Curtis. I helped him up and we were attacked. Men were running everywhere, I was starting to run out of arrows.
" watch your fire I am going out" I shouted and run out. And grabbed arrows.
" BEHIND YOU PRINCESS!" Shouted one of my men. I turned around and punched the devil in the face, I then kicked him in the stomach but it grabbed my leg and twisted it. I fell to the ground with a thud, I rolled over and kicked him in the stomach with both feet and he went flying back, mid air I shot him with a blast of light and he disintegrated. I grabbed lots of arrows and ran back.
" Thanks princess" they all said grabbing their arrows. I grabbed my arrow bag and threw it over my sholder.
" Jessica can you help up above please" shouted sky. I shot myself up and killed thousands of Devils. Then there were no more.
" we did it" shouted a man from below. Then they all started to cheer. I turned around and smiled at Curtis.
" we did it" I said and he kissed me.
" woah to much love birds" laughed sky." Now we have to get all our arrows and move the bodies". We landed gracefully and saw all the men still celebrating. But something in the back of my head just didn't feel right. I shook the feeling away and congratulated all the men, and then went and grabbed all my arrows.
" Let's go and eat" said Curtis.
" YAY" I replied.
" good shooting princess" said Jason.
" thanks, I learn from the best" I said and it made Curtis laugh. I was eating in silence but was interrupted.
" JESSICA" shouted Ruby. She ran over to me " He's coming!" She said.

Sorry for the short chapter, I just wanted to to finish how it finished and didn't know what to put in between after the fight.
