I was eating in silence but was interrupted.
" JESSICA" shouted Ruby. She ran over to me " He's coming!" She said.
" commended Curtis there had been a sighting of Devils approaching" said one of the men. He had just flown in with a group of men that had been on watch since the fight was over.
" well let's go" said Curtis." How far away are they?" Before the guard could answer we heard a crash.
" They have canons" said Jason as he ran up to us.
" Ruby next to me now. What it the plan of attack. Because the people are safe-"
" No when we came back they were somehow told and are in the city" Curtis interrupted.
" ok well get a small group of men to evacuate the city and hurry, we will attack the Devils and hold them back for as long as we can" I finished and there was another crash.
" LETS GO" shouted Curtis. I threw my arrow bag over my shoulder and grabbed my bow. We were flying out towards the forest and could see all the Devils.
" They are set up all around the castle" I said.
" yea I can see that" said Curtis.we quickly dogged a cannon ball
" We are no match there is more coming" shouted sky.
" how are the men going?" I asked.
" they are losing" replied sky.
" we have to hold them up for as long head we can. Let's go" I said. They all flew down and I stayed.
" Jessica save your powers" screeched Ruby.
" but I have to help" I said.
" No-" Ruby was interrupted
" JESSICA" shouted James. Him and Jesse flew up to me with a coldren of fire and arrows.
" try and shoot three of these at a time, they will explode on impact" laughed Jessie. He grabbed some and showed me.
" Awesome, Ruby hold the coldren" I said and she grabbed it. I grabbed the arrows and shot a lot of Devils. We kept on shooting and shooting, but we ran out.
" we ran out of arrows" said James.
" and it looks like we did nothing" said Jessie. Or it is James, I can't tell them apart.
" go grab more arrows and another coldren, continue to shoot from up here. Me and Ruby are going down" I said and they flew off.
" so what are we going to do with this?" Asked Ruby.
" Jessica" Curtis shouted and flew into me. " sorry, do you want to try that entrance with me in it as well?" He asked. I wiped away some blood that was coming from his eyebrow.
" yea ok, we are going to drop this on some Devils and then we will enter" I gave him a hug, he kissed me on the cheek.
" Let's go" he smiled and we flew off. As we were flying, I could feel the nice warm sun beaming onto my wings, the warm wind brushing though my hair and fingers. I breathed in the wind and shouted.
" DROP IT RUBY" she did what i said and it exploded and took out some Devils.
" up" I said. And hovered at a great height. " as we go down I will shoot some Devils, are you ready?" Curtis nodded and so did Ruby. I then dropped. I shot Devils, left and right. Just as we were about to hit the Devils I shot a pulse and they spread and we landed perfectly, and shot all of the ones around us, I shot heaps of arrows and hit the Devils with my bow when they got to close. I stepped back and tripped, a devil came running at me and I kicked it in the stomach and then electrocuted it. It then exploded and turned to dust.Ruby did you see that. I looked at her and she was staring.
" Curtis retreat" I said.
" what?" He said crunching his eyebrows.
" Just trust me, get all the men away from the Devils, NOW" I shouted. He stared at me for a couple of seconds, I got up and grabbed Ruby and flew off, he followed. Curtis whistled and all the men came to us.
" keep them here and ready" I said and flew off with Ruby.
" Ruby when I say fly back to the men ok?" I said.
" I don't get effect by any magic I will be fine, just don't use to much of your power ok" she said and I looked at her. I shot a giant ball of light and created a small clearing. I stood in the middle with Ruby next to me, I looked up and saw Curtis ready with his bow. I smiled and put my hands up. Go!. Mind said Ruby. I shot electricity through all the Devils and they all turned to dust. I put my hands down and everyone cheered.
" I did it Ruby" I jumped around and hugged her. I could see all the men cheering and then I heard a quiet devil screech. I turned around and heard the screech again.
" Did you hear that?" I said. Ruby screeched really loud and they all stopped. It then screeched again. The ground started to shake.I looked towards the city and the ground was cracking open, it was coming closer and closer. I ran towards the castle and tripped. I sat up and the crack stopped right in front of me.
" that was close " just as Ruby said that something came shooting out of the ground. It opened its wings and shot a cloud of gas at all the men, they started falling. I put my hand up and made a light cushion for them all to land on.
" awe princess you have grown so much other the years, how are you?" Asked Lucifer. His skin was covered in pimples and his horns were huge his eyes were red and wings had holes in them. His clothes were all tore and he had no weapons. I got up and walked backwards.
" why are you here Lucifer?" I asked almost tripping.
" I'm here to kill you and take your powers" he laughed.
" well that's not going to happen so leave" boomed the voice.
" DAD! What are you doing here?" I shouted.
" I'm here to protect you" he said.
" aww daddy's here to save the day again. But not today" laughed lucifer, he then shot a blast of evil at my dad. He went falling to the ground.
" DAD!" I screamed. I put a light pillow under him and ran towards him. I cradled his body.
" argh I'm getting to old" said my dad. He sat up and I looked at Lucifer.
" what do you want?" I shouted. I flew up in level with him.
" I want totaled over the angel world and your powers" he said and shot at my dad.
" STOP!" I shot a light ball at him and he did. " I will make you a deal"
" No Jessica don't" shouted Curtis, just becoming conscious.
" what is your deal?" He asked.
" you and me fight. If I win you leave and never come back" I said.
" and if I win?" He smiled with his ugly teeth.
" if you win you can have my powers" I finished.
" JESSICA NO!" Shouted my dad, Curtis and Ruby in unison.
" I have to protect you" I shouted back.
" Deal" he said putting out his hand. I flew over to him and shook it.
"Deal" I said and flung him to the ground.
