Healing the deep wound

Chapter Twenty-One

      Even though Brooklyn has warned me to not say anything about my grandpa and everything I thought
this was the right time to let Dany know what he should have known. So I explained everything to him every detail. I could see his eyes full of tears that he is fighting it not to cry. I held onto him and patted his back."Dany it's okay to cry okay. Just let it out there's nothing wrong about crying. Just don't keep this bottled  inside okay." Then came Dany's tears rolling down his cheeks. His face turned red. I have never seen Dany act this way before. He has always acted tough, protective and manly. Seeing this side of him made me fall for him really hard. He seemed so humane and I was attracted to it in a certain way.

I pulled out my phone and said,"Wait let me capture this maybe I'll use it to blackmail you. Making you buy me anything I want." I smiled. And Dany laughed. I was glad to see his smile. "Well I certain won't let that happen." He urged a smile. "I'm gonna let justice prevail even though my parents are not around. But I guess I'll need your help." He looked at me with a desperate look. Ahhhh he's giving me his 'hard to resist look!' But if I ought to help him it means that grandpa could go to jail. And surely dad wouldn't like that even though it is the right thing to do.  I fell into a deep thought. "Hey umm wanna watch a movie?" He quickly changed the subject after reading my impression. Without waiting for my answer he grabbed my hand and took me inside a cab.

    We reached at the movies and bought a ticket. I was still sunk in a deep thought. What is it gonna be Amy? I keep questioning myelf. I hadn't realised that I was frowning. "Hey umm you don't seem to be excited do you not wanna watch a movie? Its okay we can go some where else." Dany gave me a concerned look. "Uuuhhh no I really do wanna watch a movie with you come on lets go inside." I pulled him inside. We sat in the middle seat and we waited for the movie to begin. I fell into the deep thought again. I didn't even realise the movie had started. I suddenly felt a hand on my cheeks. Dany was turning me facing towards him. Then right at that moment I felt his lips on mine. I was shocked by his actions yet pleased. I slowly opened my eyes and looked at him straight in the eyes. "Maybe that will help you rub out the frown on your face." He flashed his smile once again. I locked my hand onto his and rested my head on his shoulder.
