Dating Wesley Adams

"Spike!" I yelled and Sam slammed the ball onto the other side and I smiled and we all high fived each other.

"Alright girls hit the showers." The coach said and I jogged in and I ran in and took off my shirt and put on some deodorant and sprayed on some dry shampoo then changed into sweats and a volleyball shirt.

"Good job today." I said to a few girls as I made my way out of the locker room.

"Hey Tess!" Karson called and I smiled.

"Hi Karson, what's up?" I asked him.

"I was wondering if you wanted to hangout sometime." Karson said and Wes was walking over towards me.

"Hey babe, how was practice?" Wes asked then kissed my cheek and I looked at him with a what-the-hell-are-you-doing face.

"Oh, hey Karson." Wes said and I forced a smile.

"Oh are you two dating?" Karson asked.

"N-" I started to say but he cut me off.

"Yeah, we went go karting together then went to the beach and had dinner. It was fun, how are you and Alexa?" Wes asked and I glared at him.

"We're done, I got to go I'll catch up with you guys later." Karson said then jogged off and I elbowed Wes in the stomach.

"What are you freaking doing?" I almost screamed.

"Your dad told me to not let any boy ask you out." Wes told me and I face palmed myself.

"But you asked me out." I said to him.

"I know, I told him and he said he accepts our relationship so... Hi girlfriend!" Wes said to me and I just walked away from him and he jogged up to me.

"How could you do that?" I asked him and he smirked.

"To get you to talk to no other boy! I also really like Wes he's into football and baseball." My dad said to me.

"Dad he calls football soccer. So he likes soccer." I said and my dad furrowed his eyebrows.

"Actually I like both." Wes said as he stood outside my parents door.

"See! I like this kid." My dad said and I rolled my eyes.

"Are you going to allow us to have sex together?" I asked my dad and his face went into disgust.

"Nope, because you have parental supervision in this house and I trust Wes." My dad said then looked at my mom and Wes smirked and winked at me then I looked at my dad and he wasn't paying attention to us neither was my mom.

"I'm not that bad of a boyfriend Tessa, I can actually have a romantic side." Wes said then winked and walked out and I looked at them and they weren't paying attention to us!

"Did you guys hear what he just said?" I asked and they shook their heads no then I threw my hands up and left the room.

I went into my room then fell onto my bed with a groan.

I can't believe my parents are making me date Wesley Adams the exchange student.

"So when's our first date?" Wes asked and I lifted my head from reading my textbook.

"What?" I asked sourly.

"Someone's salty, I asked when's our first date?" Wes asked and I shrugged.

"You're the guy you make up the time and place." I said to him and he thought.

"Bowling and dinner?" Wes asked as he opened the fridge door.

"Sure, date and time?" I asked him as I shut my textbook.

"Today, meet me at 8:00 tonight at the bowling alley." Wes said to me.

"How are you going to get there by yourself? You don't even have a car." I said as I hopped off the barstool.

"Right, I'll figure it out just meet me at 8." Wes said as he grabbed a soda and left.

"So, first date with him?" Kaden asked and I sighed.

"Let's just not talk about it, please." I said as I opened the pantry door and got out a pack of fruit snacks.

"I can see you two together you know." Kaden said and I chocked on a fruit snack.

"What?!" I asked him.

"You guys are similar, you are both goofy, weird, crazy, and so on but you also both play soccer." Kaden said then the room went silent.

WES' POV-
It was silent in the kitchen, Tessa played soccer?!

"Kaden, I played soccer. Played!" I heard Tessa say.

"I know and you were good I can't believe you stopped when that stupid thing happened to you!" Kaden yelled.

"Don't even talk about it." Tessa said to him and I sighed from outside the kitchen door.

"Tessa, you have to talk about it sooner or later! You can't forget what actually happened." Kaden said to Tessa.

"Okay fine, I got injured." Tessa said.

"That's not the only reason." Kaden said.

"I got injured and I ripped a ligament. But I got a concussion too, also from my worst enemy ever... Gracie freaking Connors." Tess said in a almost crying voice.

"Tessa, just because of that ur u don't play?" Kaden asked.

"I'm just scared of what's going to happen again to me. What if I get a really bad concussion or what if I tear or break something that won't let me play ever again?" Tessa asked and I sighed.

"You need to get back onto the field and not just play volleyball because you got an offer to play for the Women's National Team. That says something and don't you forget it." Kaden said then left the room and saw me.

"She got an offer to play for the Women's National Team?" I asked in shock.

"Yeah, she just doesn't talk about what happened because of how shocked and crushed she was." Kaden said and Thomas came trotting into the room.

"Hi guys!" Thomas said.

"Hi Thomas, c'mon let's go play some Mario Kart." Kaden said then led him into the family room and I sighed and went into the kitchen.

I saw Tessa sitting there playing with a bottle cap and I sat down next to her.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked Tessa.

"Tell you what?" Tessa asked confused.

"That you played soccer and got offered to play for the Women's National Soccer Team?" I asked and her face went blank and she was about to cry and I sighed and hugged her then kissed her forehead.
