"Lucinda! Why that color?" Claire asked and I giggled as Luci was picking the weirdest and wackiest colors to paint her nails.

"Lucinda..." Claire said as she rubbed her temples and Luci started giggling too.

"Mother, why can't you ever all me Luci or Luc or Lu?" Luci asked and Claire sighed.

"Why don't you call me mom?" Claire asked her.

"I learned that it wasn't proper to call your mother mom." Luci said.

"That's why I call you Lucinda." Claire said and held her daughters hand.

"Okay, how about Claire you call Luci, Luci today and Luci you call your mother mom." I suggested and Luci nodded and so did Claire.

"Great, I love this idea it'll get us closer." Luci said and I smiled.

"I love it too, Luci." Claire said and I smiled and Luci hugged her mom.

"I love you mom." Luci said.

"I love you too, don't ever forget that." Claire said and I smiled as my nail artist person shed a tear.

"I know it's touching." I said as I handed her a tissue and she smiled at me and thanked me.

"How's it going?" I asked Nico over the phone.

"Well, I called my father dad today thanks to your advice and he called me Nico instead of Nicoli." Nico said and I couldn't help but smile.

"I may have helped your sister and mom too." I said.

"Thank you Tess, this is probably why I wanna spend my whole life with you. You make me and even my family better people and you let us become much closer." Nico said and I smiled as I leaned up against the wall.

"Well, your mom's almost done paying. I'll call you when we're done with lunch." I said to him.

"Okay, bye I love you and also stay safe." Nico said.

"I love you too, bye." I said then hung up and Luci came out of the salon with Claire.

"Was that Nico?" Luci asked and I nodded.

"He was just telling me how is day is going today." I said and she smiles.

"Thank you for doing this for us today. I'm so happy you'll be my future sister." Luci said and I smiled.

"I'm really excited for you to see my family again." I said and she smiled and so did Claire.

"I can't wait to see your mother again and also your father." Claire said and I smiled.

"My mom has been studying cookbooks day and night according to my dad." I said and they smiled.

"I can't wait to see your brothers! They're super sweet especially little Thomas." Luci gushed and I smiled at him and hugged her.

"My family loves you all, they really appreciate all you've done for me." I said and the smiled.

"I appreciate you getting Nico out of that state. I didn't know what I was gonna do when he wouldn't focus on school and would just go out partying. Thank you for helping him and getting him back on track." Claire said and I smiled.

Nico went through some depression for a year and he went out drinking and taking drugs to help it but it kept making it worse. So I tried to help him and when I did he asked me out and the rest is history.

"Cheesecake Factory!" Luci said as we walked up to it and got in.

"Table for 3?" The host asked and we nodded and then he led us to a table.
