The Draft

Sheldon pressed a small envelope in Amy's hand. Amy looked at him and opened it.

It was a letter. From Professor Thea. Ms Thea was a very bright and lively scientist. Sheldon adored her. Amy read the letter which was written in a curly handwriting:

Dear Sheldon Cooper,

I read the draft of the theory sent to me by you. I like it and this could be something. I could, however, research on that particular topic and pass it off as my work, but I prefer not to. I will let you research further on this theory and publish a paper. You may need a coworker to do this with you.

"Sheldon.." She began. "This is remarkable. But what does this have to do with me?"

"Well.." Sheldon replied. "You are a good friend and have an interest in science, so..I choose you to be my coworker."

"Oh my god, it is an honor!"

They both started working at once. Sheldon explained the whole case to Amy and they hit the racks (literally and on the internet) and concentrated all evening.

This made Amy tingle all over. Finally, Sheldon has come closer to her!
