"Hey babe?" Asked Chad, his crystal blue eyes gazing into mine.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Go make me a sandwich? Pretty Please?" He asked, using his best 'you just ran over my puppy' face.
I grabbed a pillow from my bed and whacked him with it. "You're such a dork." I teased. "Besides, your not the one four months pregnant."
"You're absouloutly right." He said. He lifted me bridal style and proceeded to carry me downstairs.
"Chad?!" I laughed.
When we arrived to my kitchen, he gently sat me down on the counter and opened the fridge.
"What do you want on your sandwich?" He asked.
"You're making me a sandwich?" I asked.
"Anything for my princess." He smirked. "But only on one condition." He continued.
"And what condition is that?" I asked.
"You have to wear my jersey Monday for the pep rally." He half asked half said.
"Chad, as sweet as that is I honestly don't think you want some pregnant girl wearing your jersey in front of the whole school." I said, pulling my hair into a high bun.
"You're not just some pregnant girl." He said, kissing me on the nose. "You're MY pregnant girl." He smiled. "Besides, it would make me very proud if you wore it."
"Then consider it done." I said, lightly kissing him.
"Good. Now what do you want on your sandwich?" He asked.
*****
Chad and I ended up falling asleep watching the Avengers (his choice of course) on the couch. When my dad walked through the door."I'm home." He yelled.
I opened my eyes and wiped away the fog
"Dad!" I yelled, running over to him.
"Hey kiddo." He said, kissing my head.
It's been a month since I've seen him last.
"How's my granddaughter?" He asked, putting his stuff on the floor.
"She's good." I smiled, rubbing my stomach.
"Hello sir." Chad said, walking into the hall. He had his raspy morning voice and mess up hair. (So hot)
"Hey Chad." He smiled. "You're taken' good care of my daughter as I can see." He said, glancing at me.
"Yes sir." He smiled
"Thanks for that son."
"So what have you kids been up to?" He asked. "No unprotected sex i hope." He chuckled.
I said he changed... Never did I say he was perfect.
I probably turned bright red and I could tell Chad was really uncomfortable too because he just stood there awkwardly with his hands in his pockets
"Dad." I said, between closed teeth. "I'm pregnant. Did you forget?"
"Believe it or not you can still have se-" he began.
"Dad.....not the time." I said.
"Well anywho." He said. "I'm gonna go unpack some of my things." He said, grabbing his bags and walking down the hall.
"Your dads....ugh... A charcter." Chad laughed.
"He is isn't he?" I smiled.
