"Trinat-yy. You've gotta get up sometime." I opened my eyes and found my dad hovering over me.

"Ughhhh." I moaned.
I opened my eyes just as my dad opened the blinds in my room.

"Jesus Christ dad are you trying to kill me?!" I cried, as I pulled a pillow over my face

"It's 6:20 get your butt movin' kid." He said, walking out the door. "Oh and, Chad left this for you this morning." He said, throwing me a wadded up shirt.

I got up and unrolled it. His jersey.

I striped my pajamas off and put on a pair of jeans (one of the few paid that fit) and a tank top. I threw the jersey on top, I was lucky that Chad was twice my size or else I probably wouldn't be able to fit it on.

I combed my hair and threw it into a messy bun. Monday. Not my favorite day

I walked downstairs to find my dad sitting at the table.

"Glad you could make it." He sarcastically remarked

Just then a honk came from outside. Chad

"Oops gotta go." I said, grabbing a piece of toast from his plate.

"Thanks for breakfast dad it was great, we should really do this again sometime." I said, kissing him on the cheek.

I grabbed my bag and my navy blue toms and headed out the door.

I hopped in Chads car and he met me with a kiss.

"I like your jersey." He smirked.

"Thanks." I said. "This really cute guy at school let me wear it."

"Well he's very lucky then." He said, pulling out of the driveway.

"Where's Chloe?" I asked, glancing at the back seat.

"She took the bus." He said, grabbing my hand.

When we got to school it felt like any other day. Chad walked me to my first period and I went about with my day, trying to avoid everyone at all costs. It wasn't until third period that things started getting hectic

I walked out of my third period with Karyna, like we do everyday. We talked and caught up, she asked me about the baby and I said she was good and then someone grabbed my shoulder

I jerked my head back and found Dallas, looking me straight in the eyes

"Trinaty, I want to talk to you. Do you have a minute?" He asked.

"Dallas you haven't spoken one word to me since.." My voice trailed off

"I know, and I'm sorry but we need to talk." He said again.

I looked back at Karyna with my 'I'll catch up later' eyes.

She apparently got my message because she smiled and walked away

"Ok so what is it?" I sighed.

He looked around and grabbed my wrist

He lead me outside and made sure no one was around

"So it's a girl?" He asked.

"Dallas... I told you that four months ago." I said, trying to stay calm

"I want to be apart of her life." He said, life he had just won the lottery.
