chapter 17

∞•Trigger Warning Later On In Story•∞

Chloe's P.O.V

I want to tell him about my dreams but I didn't want to ruin this perfect moment.

We were cuddling on my bed watching American Horror Story; we were on season 4 'Freak show' and every time Twisty showed up I would hide my face into Leo's chest as he chuckled. Once we finished 4 episodes I turned off the TV.

Leo looked at me and pouted "I was enjoying that." I giggled and sat up.

"Well I wasn't." My cheeks slightly getting red from embarrassment.

"I wasn't talking about the show. I was talking about you getting scared every time the stupid clown showed up." He smirked and I hit his chest.

We stayed silent for about five minutes before I took his beanie off his head and ran downstairs. I could here him chasing after me. I ran around the house trying to find a spot to hide which I found hard because I haven't really explored this house. I found a dark room and hid inside. As I was looking for the light switch there was a loud crash coming from the other side of the door.

I walked to over to the door and gripped onto the handle, twisting it felling a knot build up in my stomach. I peeked my head out and saw blood on the floor. I followed the blood path knowing wherever this is leading me to, wasn't going to be good.

I walked round the corner and into the kitchen still following the bloody path. I heard Leo yell in pain. I ran over to the dark room and find Leo in the corner holding his arm and blood dripping down. I started walking towards him until I heard the sound of a gun reload.

"Move and your boy- friend gets shot." I turned around and saw Kimberly pointing a gun towards Leo.

"You wouldn't." I told her. She smirked

"Try me." She said as she pointed the gun towards me her finger slightly placed on the trigger. I froze not knowing what to do.

"Don't do this Kimberly." I said taking a step in front of Leo. She shot the wall and smirked.

"Make one more move and I will certainly kill Leondre." She moved slightly so she was standing in front of him while she kept her gun still pointed at me.

"Kimberly don't do anything." Leo said still grabbing his wounded arm. It hurt me to see him like this and knowing that I can't help him.

"Say one more word and Chloe gets shot." She said to him.

"You wouldn't." She smirked and shot my left leg, she missed but it scratched my leg bad enough for it to bleed. I screamed in pain and fell to the floor. "Chloe!" Leo shouted as I sat there crying holding my leg. Kimberly walked over to Leo and pulled out a knife. "Whatever you are thinking of doing don't do it Kimberly." She looked at him then at me. She walked towards me and stabbed my arm pushing down harshly. I screamed while she dragged the knife down my arm.

She stood back up and walked out the room. Leo stood up and rushed over to me, his eyes glossy.

"I'm so sorry Chloe this is all my fault." He told me as he picked me up bridal style carrying me up to the bathroom. She grabbed a rag and started cleaning up my wounds. I winced every time he barely dabbed them. "Chloe you should get some rest, I'll clean your wounds when your asleep so it hurts less." He told me. I nodded and he picked me up bridal style agin and sat me down on my bed. He kissed my forehead before I fell asleep.

15 Minutes later

Leondre's P.O.V

As i was cleaning her wounds I found freshly new cuts on her wrists. I starred at them and went into a flashback.

Flashback //TRIGGER WARNING//

I starred at Chloe's wrist for a second before slightly grabbing it.

"Chloe why the hell are you doing this to yourself?" I asked as she pulled her arm back slightly as she looked at me in the eyes. I noticed they were starting to get really glossy. She was going to tell me something but her phone dinged and it cut her off.

She read the text and ran upstairs. I grabbed her phone and read it.

From: Unknown

'Hey Chloe why won't you do all of us a favour and go kill yourself. NO ONE wants you here so just die already!'

I dropped her phone and ran up the stairs. I looked everywhere except for her room. I ran across the hall and opened the door. I saw the light in the bathroom on and quiet sobbing. I rush over to the door and knock.

"Chloe please open the door." She fell silent. "Come on Chloe please open the door." I said once again but this time jiggling grabbed the door handle, which was locked. She didn't answer me. I went to her closet and grabbed a clothing hanger.

I ran back to the locked door and unlocked it. I pushed it open and saw Chloe's arm covered in blood and a blade in her other hand. I grabbed my phone and called the ambulance. I can't loose her now. I love her.

Flashback over

I felt someone looking at me so I looked down to see if it was Chloe, but it wasn't. I looked over at the door and saw Tilly.

"Hey what are you doing here?" I asked her confused. She looked at me then my arm. I totally forgot that I was wounded.

"Leo what happened to t your arm?" She questioned as she walked closer to me.

"Nothing I'm fine." pause "How did you get in here?"

"The door was open and I saw blood on the floor and a gun." She looked at me once again before looking back at my arm. "And your not fine Leo, your bleeding." She said. I furrowed my eyebrows together and looked down at my arm. She was right I was bleeding. I got up an walked over to the bathroom to wet a rag.

I placed the rag on my arm and winced a little.I cleaned up my wound and wrapped it. "Tilly can you call mam and tell her I'm staying at Chloe's place?" I asked her, she nodded and left.

I went back into Chloe's room and sat down on her bed.

"Leo?" I turned around and saw Chloe waking up. "My arm hurts." her eyes becoming glossy again.

"It's fine just go back to sleep." I said standing up and walking over to her side of the bed to kiss her forehead. I turned to walked away but Chloe grabbed my wrist.

"I'm scared, please don't leave me."

"I'm never going to leave you." I told her as I walked back over to the other side of the bed to lay down. Chloe turned her body and looked at me. I smiled and kissed her cheek. She blushed at my actions cuddled into my chest.

Now I really hope nothing ruins this moment.
