Chapter 29

Leondre's P.O.V (OMG FINALLY)

"I'm adopted Leo." She whispered into my chest whilst crying. I held her close to me when she finally went to sit down. 

The front door slammed open and Lucy ran in. "Leondre where is Chloe I need to talk to her." She said walking into the living room. "Oh my, what happened?" She added and walked over to where we're sitting.

"Chloe is just having a ruff time right now and I don't know if she wants to be bo-" I began to say but Chloe cut me off

"It's fine Leo. What did you need to talk to me about?" She questioned Lucy; Lucy coughed which was my signal to leave.

Chloe's P.O.V (Leo's P.O.V didn't last long... sorry)

Once we heard the door shut, Lucy ran over to the chair that was next to me

"Okay I'm just going to come out and say this. I'm pregnant." Lucy says slowly, not really wanting to see my reaction. I smiled widely and hugged her. 

"Oh my gosh, I'm so freaking happy for you!" I squealed letting go of her. She didn't look sad but she didn't seem happy. "What is wrong, why are you not happy?" I asked putting my hand on her shoulder. 

"Charlie doesn't know." She whispered letting a few tears slide down her cheeks. 

"Oh, but it's still great news you know." I said assuring her, trying to brighten up her mood. She shook her head at me and stood up.

"No it's not because what if Charlie doesn't want a kid or he does, but he doesn't want to have a kid with me and I'm so fucking worried that he doesn't actually love me; maybe I should just get an abortion."she said grabbing her phone and dialing a number.

I walked over and grabbed her phone from her. "You are not going to get an abortion, okay. Charlie loves you and he does want a child. I overheard Leo and him talking about it." I said rubbing her arm slightly. 

"Really? Are you sure?" She asked making sure I wasted lying. 

"I'm sure." I replied and gave her phone back. "Call Charlie and tell him to come over." I said and sat down on the couch.

"Okay." She said and started dialing his number. 

(C-Charlie L-Lucy)

C- Hey babe

L- Hey She whispered

C- What's wrong? Charlie asked very concerned

L- Um, I don't know how to say this, but um; I'm pregnant. She said slowly

C- ...

L- Charlie please answer me.

C- How long He whispered

L- What?

C- How long have you been pregnant? He repeated again but louder this time.

L- One month. 

C- How come you haven't told me earlier. He said sounding really angry

L- I was afraid of what you would say.

C- You know I love you but I don't think I'm ready to have a child yet.

L- I knew it. I should just get an abortion.

C- No don't do that.

L- Why not, you don't even want a child.
