My boyfriend, Ethan wanted me to meet his friends. We've been dating for five months now and I guess he just wanted to show me off. No one knows about us, like we're not public.

I decided on wearing some high waisted jeans, a tank top, and some vans. I applied light makeup and left my hair down. Grabbing my phone I jog downstairs, greeted by the love of my life.

"Hi, baby." He pecked my cheek.

"Hey, Eth." I smiled, and we walked out my house, and to his car (Just pretend).

We go in the car and Ethan started driving, placing a hand on my thigh while I looked out the window.

After we arrive we get out the car, and race to the front door, me winning of course. Ethan hung his arm around my shoulder, and knocked on the door.

It soon opened revealing Grayson, Ethan's twin. He smiled at us both and got out the way as we walked in.

"The other boys are in the living room."Gray said, gesturing to the living room.

Me and Ethan walked to the living room, seeing two other boys. One blonde and the other....

My ex, Aaron.

They both smiled, but Aaron's smiled dropped once he saw me. I loomed down uncomfortable and grabbed Ethan's hand, lightly squeezing it.

"Guys this is, Maizey the special someone in my life. Maizey, this is Jack Dail and Aaron Carpenter." Ethan said, keeping a bright smile on his face.

"Nice to meet you, Maizey!" Jack said, getting up, and pulling me into a hug.

I laughed, "Nice to meet you too!" I said, hugging back.

He pulled away and I looked at Aaron, who was looking down in shame. I gulped, and looked at Ethan.

"Theres no more soda!" Gray whined.

"I'll come with you to get some." Jack said.

"I'll come too." Ethan said, and then pecked my cheek, "Bye babe." He smiled, and left with the other guys.

Bow its just me and Aaron.

Oh, dear god help me.

I sat down on the opposite side of the couch, and fiddle with my fingers.

"You look great, Maizey." Aaron complimented.

"Th-thank you." I stutter.

"Maizey, I still love you." Aaron blurted out.

I looked at him, "But-"

"I know I cheated on you, but I can't stop thinking about you. I love you, Maizey. Always have, always will." He confessed, scooting closer to me.

"Aaron... I can't. I love you too but not like I used to. I'm sorry, but I love, Ethan. Not you." I said, and he laughed.

"Of course. But, maybe this will change your mind?" He said, and smashed his lips on mine.

I hesitated but kissed back. I don't know why the hell I'm kissing back but, I couldn't help it. He did cheat on me, and I do hate him.

"Are you serious?!" Someone yelled, and me and Aaron pulled apart seeing, Ethan, Grayson, and Jack.

"Ethan plea-"

"No! What the hell is going on?!" Ethan yelled, interrupting me.

"It was my fault bro-"

"Don't call me bro! I'm not your bro!" Ethan interrupted, Aaron

"E-"

"Maizey, just stop." Ethan interrupted me.

This can't be happening.

"Aaron, get out. Grayson, Jack, go upstairs. I need to talk to Maizey." Ethan shooed everyone out.

Me and Eth were standing there in silence. It was super awkward and I was so disappointed in myself. I love Ethan, and I don't love Aaron.

Ugh! I hate my life!

"Why?" Ethan asked, breaking the silence. "Why did you kiss him?"

"He kissed me-"

"Did you kiss back?" He asked.

"Y-yes." I stuttered.

"But, I-I thought you lo-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence. I do love you, Ethan. Look, Aaron is... He's my, my ex. He cheated on me, and that may seem weird right now and I'm sorry I didn't say anything. I don't know why I cheated on you."

"I'm sorry, Ethan. I love you, not Aaron. I made it clear to him I don't love him. Except when I kissed him back." I explained, truthfully.

Ethan took a while to respond. He took in my words, looking down but soon pulling me into a tight hug.

"I love you, Maizey. Nothing can change that. When I saw you and Aaron kissing, my heart broke. And stopped. And dropped. The thing is, is that I love you, and I'll never stop. I-I forgive you." He said, and leaned in.

"I love you too." I mumbled, leaning in as well.

Our lips touched, and I felt sparks unlike with Aaron. I loved Ethan, not Aaron. Ethan's the one for me and nothings going to break us apart.

"Ahem!" Someone cleared their throat, making me and Ethan pull apart (See what I did there? lol).

Aaron.

"Sorry to interrupt, but I just wanted to say I'm sorry for kissing you, Maizey. It was stupid of me. And Ethan, I'm sorry for doing that, I should know when to back up." Arron apologized.

"Its ok, bro." Ethan smiled.

"Maizey," Aaron looked at me. "I hope you forgive me." He shrugged.

"It'll take sometime to forgive myself, so I'll have to think about it." I said, earning chuckles from them both.

Everything was great. Me and Ethan were perfect together, I never wanted anything to change between us. I'm glad me and Aaron are still friends.
