Chapter 34

*Two weeks later*
Jessica's pov
We got back from paris two weeks ago and since then I have been back in school. Today is a Saturday and we are going shopping to look for dresses for mum and dads wedding. The wedding is on new years day and I am so excited. Next week is the start of deans trial, he is going on trial for the rape and the shooting. I'm not looking forward to it I haven't seen him since the day he shot me well I haven't seen him in real life but I keeping having nightmares. But I am just going to forget about it today, today is mums day and nothing is going to ruin it.

Linda's pov
Today we are going wedding dress shopping and the we is me,Jess, Nancy, my mum, Jane, Sharon and Tina, Whitney can't make it because she is working. Me and Mick are getting married on new years day and I couldn't be happier. Mick and I decided who would be doing what in the wedding a few days ago and we have yet to tell anyone. Lee is going to be Mick's best man, Johnny and tamwar will be groomsmen and Oli will be the page boy. I decided that I wanted Jessica to be my maid of honour because she has been amazing this past year. Nancy, Whitney will be bridesmaids. My mum will be walking me down the aisle. We have arranged to all meet up in the pub when we get back from shopping to tell everyone.

Jessica's pov
I have just finished getting ready to go shopping I am wearing a red checked shirt, navy skinny jeans and white converse. I left my hair down and put on some natural makeup. I grabbed my phone and went into the kitchen to get some breakfast. When I walked in dad was sat at the table reading the paper "morning dad" "morning jess" I decided I wasn't really hungry so I just grabbed an apple, I sat on my phone while I waited for the others to be ready. After waiting for about ten minutes everyone was ready we were meeting Sharon and Jane in town so it was just me,mum, Nancy, tina and nan. We all piled into the car and set of for town. After shopping for about two hours mum didn't find a dress she liked but she got some ideas for bridesmaids dresses. We are now back at the pub and we are waiting for mum and dad to announce who is doing what in the wedding.

Mick's pov
Linda and I are going to announce to the family who is doing what in the wedding, I feel like we have really made this out to be more than it really is. ''Right you lot sit down" I said to out family who had all gathered in the pub which we had decided to open late so we could do this without the prying eyes of the public.

Linda's pov
Mick and I decided that I would go first. "Jess how would you feel about being my maid of honour" "really, yes please" She said while running up to give me a hug. "My bridesmaids will be Nancy and Whitney" "mum will you walk me down the aisle" "of course I will"

Mick's pov
After Linda had told everyone it was my turn. "My best man will be Lee, my groomsmen will be Johnny and Tamwar and Oli will be our page boy"
