Choosing Ceremony

I wake up at 4:30 so I can get ready. I put this http://www.polyvore.com/candor_again/set?id=83903188 My mom's always up this early and asks why I am. I just tell her I couldn't sleep and am going to meet up with a friend at the coffee shop near school.

She didn't even question me. I guess I can lie pretty good.

I meet Uriah and give him a hug. "So what are you going to choose?" I ask curiously. " I'm sticking with Dauntless. There's so much to do and know one to really critique how you act. Your just.... free." He smiles and we kiss for a while. We both know that this could very well be our last kiss.

I sit on the bus next to Mekennzie she's very quite and her face is a bit tear stained. "I just want to let you know that you've really been a good friend. I'm not sure if we'll see each other again, but I just thought I'd tell you that." She looks up at me and we exchange smiles.

"Thank you. I know I'm not suppose to talk about myself but I like you too and you've brought me out of my shell more than anybody ever has before." With that we get of the bus and to our faction areas. I give Mekennzie a bear hug and go to my faction.

I zone out and than I here my name. "Addyson Harper." I walk up the stage and try not to fall over my heels. The man hands me the knife and I look again at the bowls in front of me. I pick up the knife and slice my hand ignoring the pain as much as I can.

I take my hand and look at the pool of blood sitting in my hand. I put my hand out and squeeze my eyes knowing the decision I just made.

There's a huge cheer and I walk off the stage to my new faction.
