A/N: don't we all just love it when you lose even more motivation even though you're already drained from new fandoms, new hobbies, personal (but also horrible) life, and all that bullcrap?

"You people sure are looking so unsure! I think I can already say this is finally a point for me! Huhuhuhu!" Monogram said as we stood in our places.

None of us dared to object, nor say a single thing.

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's get this show on the road!" Monogram cackled.

The debate started, but it seemed like we were going nowhere with the evidence we had. We asked questions like, "What time did she die?" or, "Was the pill truly the cause of Camryn's death, or is Monogram just messing with us again?"

But due to lack of further evidence, we debated on who would be the closest one to killing Camryn based on what we had.

"But it doesn't really connect. The murder should have been committed either yesterday or today. Montana was seen taking a pill from the warehouse that is believed to cause the death of Camryn, and a likely scenario is that the pill was slipped into her dinner. So what story should we believe in?" Katy asked.

"Samiksha, you did say that Camryn wasn't feeling well after dinner yesterday, right?" I asked.

"Yeah, but I'm not actually sure if it was the pill or not. Could be natural causes, or the symptoms of the pill? Maybe we'll never know." Samiksha replied, shrugging.

"Okay, but let's just say that Montana over here managed to kill Camryn in the morning. She obviously took the pill, brought it to Camryn's hut, and killed her by somehow slipping it into a food or drink. That makes sense, right?" Sebastian said.

"Well, Erin, did you see Montana go towards Camryn's hut this morning?" Lauren asked.

Erin rubbed her head a little, touching the part of her head where the arrow had cut her. "Well, Katy and I couldn't determine where Montana was specifically going, but I guess she was going somewhere towards the huts."

"Well, what else could we use to prove that Montana was the one who was behind this?" Saeko asked.

"Woah, woah, so we're just jumping to conclusions that I did it? Guys, I can explain what really happened..." Montana exclaimed, breaking her own silence.

"But you did have a motive, Montana. It was Monogram's threat of killing several people." Lauren objected.

"Right. One of the people Monogram was threating to kill was your friend. I know that for a fact. You are friends with Keana, aren't you? You've hung out a lot with her." I said.

"But I swore the pill did not say that they were fatal! Plus, Camryn didn't die right away, she said she was fine! I only brought her a pill because she wasn't feeling well because of what happened yesterday. What Samiksha mentioned about what happened after dinner last night. I had no intention of killing Camryn, I swear!" Montana exclaimed.

"Well even if you didn't actually intend on killing Camryn, you still did technically kill her. Which means she's still technically the culprit behind this." Saeko said, pointing her finger at Montana.

"Fine, so I killed her on accident with the pill. But believe me when I say this. I would have rather watch Keana die than sacrifice myself and someone else." Montana said, slamming one of her hands on her stand.

"Woah there, Montana! That poor girl you're talking about might just be listening right now, huhuhu!" Monogram said as he giggled at Montana's remark.

"Well, can you just get it over with it, then? If I have to die, I'll die. I don't care anymore." Montana replied.

Silence filled the room.

"Monogram? You alright?" Sebastian asked.

No answer. Monogram wasn't moving at all.

"So, what now? Do we have to wait until Monogram finally responds?" I asked, looking puzzled.

"Why don't we just . . . You know . . . Finish the trial? Maybe we're missing something." Samiksha suggested.

"Do you really think we're missing something from this? We can obviously conclude that Montana killed Camryn, what else is there to say?" Saeko asked.

"Have you guys ever tried... You know... Observing the label while you guys were investigating?" Montana suggested.

"What if it's just a harmless pill like what Montana said?" Katy asked.

"But if the pill capsule really held harmless pills, Montana could have easily found another pill capsule with pills that kill people, right?" Sebastian asked, shrugging.

"We've searched through the whole warehouse and that's the only pill capsule we could find." Lauren responded.

"Monogram could have easily switched the pills in order to trick people into killing themselves, you know." I added.

"Wait, Samiksha, did you happen to visit Camryn after Montana?" Erin asked.

"Y-Yeah . . . She said she was feeling okay and decided to go to the beach right after I left. I would probably expect to find Camryn's body right as I arrived at her hut, but she was fine. Nothing was wrong with her at all." Samiksha explained.

"And the beach is where we found Camryn's body. Could she have possibly died while swimming? That seems kind of unusual..." Katy said.

"This would seem like a very weird fatal pill Monogram would keep in his warehouse, but we are being controlled by an insanely weird hologram, so . . ." Lauren added.

"This is just a random thought but . . . What if none of us killed anyone? What if Monogram drowned Camryn? What if the pill has nothing to do with this trial at all? Maybe Monogram just wanted several people to die just because he was bored or something like that." Saeko suggested.

"That doesn't really seem like a bad idea . . . It could actually be–" I was cut off by the flickering of lights in the trial room.

The lights had turned off.

"What happened?" Katy asked.

"What's going on?" Samiksha frantically questioned as everyone tried to find a light switch.

I quickly turned around to find the glow of the red button rising up in front of Monogram's chair. Someone quickly pressed it shortly afterwards.

Before long, the chains found Montana and quickly took her away.
