~Lauren's POV~

After the trial I decided to sneak out and grab the laptop back to my hut before nighttime struck. Luckily, no one saw me with it.

It was about time I contacted the other survivors, and see how they were doing.

I had a hunch something bad was happening down there.

I knew it.

"It was about time you contacted us, Lauren!" Allyson exclaimed. She was the first person I saw when I managed to connect to the underground hideout.

"Yeah, yeah, I know. Didn't really find anything except this laptop so..." I said as I shrugged.

"Oh, um... Okay then..." Allyson replied.

We were silent for a few seconds until I spoke up.

"So were you guys tampering with the execution by any chance?" I asked.

"Yeah.. Well we tried, and-" Allyson was interrupted as Meganne was shown on the screen. She waved at me a little.

"Hey Lauren!" Meganne said as she waved.

"Oh hi Meganne..." I replied.

"Wait, you guys managed to contact Lauren?" I heard Keana ask in the background.

"Oh that's cool." I heard Gigi say.

"So, uh, what's with all the scratches and bruises?" I asked as I noticed the small injuries on their faces.

"We were attacked... Basically..." Tulsi said as she stood behind where Allyson was sitting.

"By who?" I asked, curious.

"Guys, we haven't even told Lauren what the heck happened these past few days.." Keana said in the background.

"Well, go tell her then." Gigi said.

"Scoot. Go scoot over. In fact, don't sit on the chair. This is my chair now." Keana said as she sat down in the chair.

"Well hello there, Kiki." I said, starting that annoying argument we sometimes had.
